Do not waste your time
Once you have an account, you cannot email for support, the page to get help is a 404 not found site, and the app will not allow you to delete your account.
Cannot Cancel
I have been trying to cancel for a month with no response. I’m still being charged the annual fee despite having followed their process to email a cancellation request. Now the app isn’t even taking me to the cancellation help page and just gives a 404 error.

i like that i can take a picture of my meal and it calculates the macros for me. or i can describe my food and it pops out my macros with almost 100% accuracy from what’s on the label. sometimes the pictures do not match the exercise that they give, ie, tells you to face the machine and the lady in the picture is not facing the machine. Biggest problem for me on this app (not sure if it’s just a me problem) is I am unable to adjust my weight. there is a section for you to calculate your weight every week. when i try, it freezes up on me and i have to completely get out of the app and go back in.

I want to enjoy the app but I can’t even log my weight
Not working as expected
I’ve been using this app for almost two months now and even that I like it, it’s not functioning well. The photos part to scan your body doesn’t work well, it doesn’t have a timer or a way to take the pictures or video. I have not been able to log in my new weight at it crashes or just freeze the app. Please fix this issue, as I paid for a functional app that helps me to achieve my goals.
