Does NOT work!
This app is worthless. I’ve attempted several times to get it to work to no avail. I do not recommend buying it. Even their CONTACT US tab at the bottom of this download page does not work and that should tell you something. They don’t have a phone number either!
Does not work
When I open the package, I could automatically see how cheap it is made. Went ahead and downloaded the app and when I plug it in, it does not even recognize this memory stick plugged into my phone. Do not waste your time or money. Wish I had seen these reviews before I have bought them and stick.

If you have already purchased this, send it back right now and save yourself the trouble and money. This thing is USELESS! I ordered 2 sticks (my second mistake). My first was not realizing that the positive reviews I read on the internet were probably paid for by the company. AFTER I received the devices I came here to download the app and that’s when I saw the bad reviews.
I’m a tech savvy person. Couldn’t get my iphone to recognize the device. Got support and was able to get help for that and my pics did download. However, they advertise that they are all neatly organized for you in folders by dates—I guess? Well they are not. As a matter of fact they are not in any order so I have pics from 2017 next to something from 2022 and then the next one will be from some random year. So for instance, all the Christmas pics from one year are scattered throughout. I called tech. They said to download to my iPad for them to be organized. Ummm, I still would need to organize them myself!! I have over 6000 pics!!! That’s why I ordered this thing. This was supposed to do that for me. I spoke to tech again (by email because you can’t TALK to a person) and they are just not helpful. Repeat the same instructions that are not working.
After trying tirelessly to work with it I finally emailed asking for a refund and they said since my 30 days were up the next day they would not receive it in enough time. I appealed that and they said they’d talk to a manager and get back to me in 24 hrs. A WEEK later I’d heard nothing—emailed back and they said they needed my order # which was in the original email. Suffice it to say I have not heard back. I have 2 useless devices and am out $120. So mad at myself for trusting this and getting scammed.

Do not buy this product
As everyone here has stated, it does not work. Does not load when plugged into phone and is utterly useless. Amazing how a company can continue to operate selling products that don’t work.

Perfect operation
Received my Stick today and had almost 1,000 photos and videos backed up from my iPhone in less than ten minutes. Not sure why other folks experienced problems but mine worked flawlessly. User error perhaps in others experience?
Don’t waste your money
This device will not even plug into my phone. There’s a little hard plastic loop next to the plug in that keeps me from inserting all the way. Can’t even use it! Premise is good, but they really need to test their product before sending out to the unsuspecting public. JUNK!!!
Horrible
Purchased this to backup photos on my Iphone 12. I down loaded the app and my phone will not recognize the device. I consider myself pretty tech savvy. This is a total waste of money. I will purchase a single thing from them again. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Pure waste of money.
Useless
I bought quite a few of these (different versions for different IPhones the kids and we have) for Christmas gifts and not a one of them work. Just opened my last two thinking it may be user error - no they are not recognizable by multiple I phones - we each tried and nada. Waste of money and time!!!

It is impossible to get help from photostick. I do not know how to take up where I was when I had to take the stick out. Impossible to use. Waste of money. Had photostick before and easy to download pictures. The Omni is impossible to find out how to do this with the Omni. Do not buy. Get regular photosticks.

Don’t buy if you have iPhone 11. Doesn’t work at all!
Tried getting my photos backed up on my iPhone 11, didn’t work, contacted support, they sent me a new stick. Received new stick and still didn’t work so I used it on my iPad and worked perfectly. I am contacting customer service.

Absolutely awful. won’t recognize my iPhone. won’t let me select device. even if I could open it up on the phone I doubt it would separate everything by folder. need to find out how I can get my money back, bought two 64 gb ! Bummed.
Just awful
This photo stick is just awful. It only copied random photos, not all as claimed. Plus when you plug in the stick to a laptop/desktop to view what photos did copy, the photos are randomly out of order…no rhyme or reason to date they were taken or moment they were taken. For example, photos taken on Christmas morning are individually scattered throughout. Not even ordered together. It was terribly difficult to tell which photos copied and which did not. Complete waste!
