App doesn’t work
Not sure why, but the app just doesn’t work. When you open it, it send you to the THERABAND website. When you go back to the app, it is just a blank screen.
The app is no value added.

Wasted potential
There is a lot here to be excited about but the app cannot seem to get out of its own way. Not sure if this app was created with minimal budget or if it was as a new app designer, but I can tell you little to no UX testing and feedback was solicited or incorporated. I give it two stars only because they the spirit of the app is something they should build upon.
- Exercise finder would be more helpful if there was a guided search feature.
- Search seemed jargon heavy making navigation by a layman a poor experience.
- When you open an exercise, it loads the first exercise image. The problem is most of them are videos which automatically takes you out of the app by opening Youtube. I don’t even know if this is the exercise of choice and know I have to watch a video or switch back to the app.
- No home button. I was 8 pages into looking at the menu and exercises and had to keep hitting “back” to return. Particularly annoying was when I would hit back and the previous page was one of those videos which takes you to YouTube. Extremely annoying and a waste of time.
After all of this I just closed out the app.

Sends you to YouTube
It would have been great if the app contained the exercises. But it sends you to YouTube to watch the exercises. Why have the app?

The app fails to open anytime I try to use the app. I bought the bands with the intent of using the app however, I am not able to get the app to open.

Look I am 72 and not a techno weenie and I found this intuitively obvious.Type in the body part you want to exercise and you get a list of exercises linking you to a YouTube videos. if nothing shows up go to all exercises and scan to find an appropriate video. Save the ones you like to build a repertoire. Short yet helpful videos. Well done 👍🏻

Not an app!
This ✌️app ✌️just loads a webpage with some links to YouTube videos.
The app consists of like links to YouTube
Very strange , they spent the time making good videos with nice music and explanations professional voiceover yet the app is lousy. Basically it is a bunch of YouTube videos and the videos won’t even open on the app itself they open in your browsers. Easy solution why don’t you just replace the app with an organize playlist on YouTube? Perhaps a few playlists by body part. Let me know if you do get that .

Big Disappointment
I installed this three weeks ago and it still doesn’t work. I even tried deleting it and installing it again twice and it still doesn’t work. I went to the website and sent two notes about the APP not working and have not received a response. How hard can it be to get an APP to work or respond to an email?

Worked once since downloading
I have these bands as a part of my physical therapy, but I would like to use them for my regular workouts during the quarantine. However, I have only been able to successfully open the app once. I have been getting server errors. It would be great if this was resolved.

App Doesn’t Work
I downloaded the app and attempted to open it. All I get is a message stating “there was an error loading data from server”. After deleting and downloading it again I get the same message. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Can’t stay connected
App is terrible. Worked once, then continuously failed to connect to server. Basically worthless.
App has immediate error upon opening
I’ve bought the bands, downloaded the app, and hoped to use the app as a tool for my patients to navigate. I wish I’d tried the app before buying the bands. It seems based on feedback, this app has never worked. I will need to make my own videos for my patients. A company as large as theraband (Performance Health) should be able to get it together. Lame.
