Agree 100% with above review. Wasted huge $ to set up whole house,7 zones, on system. Have to now throw it away. DONT BUY!!!!!$
Obviously an afterthought
The setup doesn’t work. The screens don’t match the screenshots in the manual. There is no “Connect to Wifi” button! The installer says I must talk to hbx. No one answers their support line. After flailing for hours it somehow connected to my wifi but the app constantly disconnects from THEIR servers and I’m unable to use it to control my thermostats. It’s useless. There is no hardwired option.

Poorly Functions
The app is awful. Constantly disconnects from the system. To make the simple changes takes hours. So frustrating!!!
Works, but could be better!
Please add features that allow you to see snow rate, push notifications for when a boiler turns on. And push notifications for when the boiler turns off.
Awful
Hard to give a review for an app that controls thermostats after they have been installed, but if you’re researching, don’t get these thermostats. Looses connection constantly with the server. Thermostats magically change temps with no input. Have to start the app, then close it and re-open it. Setup took me 8 hrs of my time with a rep on the phone! Maybe I have bad thermostats...(6 total) all I know is my app is awful.
