SAVED MY JOB
I love thisss. This saved my job yesterday. It notified me about a conversation with my boss about my client being lactose intolerant. I almost forgot before it notified me.
Problematic
After signing up for this app and configuring it, the app began recording me multiple times without my consent or authorization. After reviewing all of the configuration settings, the application should not have been recording me yet. It continued to do so. To get it to stop, I had to uninstall the application entirely! The integrated AI system indicated that there was a way to delete the recordings in the UI, but the user interface did not support that claim that I could find. I emailed support and the email got kicked back to me automatically indicating that there was a permission issue or that the address did not exist. Not a good look.

Hey, Sorry for the experience you had. Regarding your concerns - 1. We do not start recording without the user's consent, the onboarding asks for the mic permission and then the user has full control on when they want to start as well as stop the recording 2. In-case you want to delete your data you can find the option in the profile section by scrolling to the bottom 3. We are active on the support@thine.com email. Please feel free to reach out anytime.
