I'm constantly having loggin issues. When I click "forgot password" (despite entering the correct password), I never receive the promised link via email (yes I've checked trash and junk folders). I've deleted and downloaded the app several times, restarted my iphone several times, but this issue continues. Yet another example of how apps often times make life worse. I really wish our apartment accepted good old fashion and reliable Bill Pay instead. I hate this app.

After a leak Larry got here very quickly and had the wall removed that day and then put fans on it for a couple of days. He got the plumber there to fix the pipe after that and the wall guy was there to finish the job the next day. They all did a great job, were there when they said the would be and cleaned up before and after the job! It was all painless and I appreciated their efforts! Start to finish 5 days! So happy and they all asked if there was anything else they could do before they left! 5 stars!

It’s annoying to have to get sent a verification code EVERY time that I log in….

This app is great and very easy to use
Bank account won’t show up
Any bank account I put into the app, turns around and gives the wrong last 4 digits of the account number. So whenever I pay I have to remove all payment methods and reads the one I want to use. There’s no way to tell which one is which because this app gives them random account numbers instead of using the account numbers given by Chase, etc.

Review
The autopay feature doesn’t work right and only lets you select a fixed amount but does not adjust the payment for the utilities difference every month. I wish it would just autopay the correct amount each month.

Stupid App whoever made these. Options are not available exactly what tenants should be putting on for Category and sub category. You have to put something like appliances, something something and talk about the shower heater.
