About
Threatmatic Agent is the iOS client for the Threatmatic zero-trust network access platform. It establishes an authenticated WireGuard tunnel from your iPhone or iPad to the
private network resources
Access is provisioned by signing up for threatmatic at console.threatmatic.ai. Single user or business can sign up. Single user could use it for personal access to connect securely over a tunnel to their home or business can use it provision access to corporate networks.
WHAT IT DOES
• Connects your device securely to internal applications, file shares, development environments.
• Maintains a per-device tunnel with on-device key generation. Private keys never leave the device.
• Routes only the traffic destined for your employer's networks — everything else uses your normal cellular or Wi-Fi connection.
• Re-establishes the connection automatically after network changes, sleep, or device wake.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
• Does not inspect, decrypt, or modify any traffic beyond what is needed to route it.
• Does not collect browsing history, app usage, location, contacts, or any other personal data.
• Does not show ads.
• Does not sell or share data with third parties.
• Does not circumvent geographic restrictions for streaming services or other consumer-grade VPN uses.
GETTING STARTED
1. Your administrator provides an API key.
2. Open the app and paste the API key on the Configure screen.
3. iOS prompts to add the VPN profile — tap Allow and enter your device passcode.
4. Tap Start. The tunnel comes up within a few seconds.
PRIVACY
The app processes only the data needed to authenticate and route VPN traffic: an organization identifier derived from your API key, a per-device identifier assigned by your
organization's Threatmatic engine, and a WireGuard public key generated on your device. See the privacy policy linked from this page for full details.
SUPPORT
For access, credentials, or routing issues, contact your organization's IT or Security team. For app-level bug reports, write to support@threatmatic.com.
