Not always right

This app is good for finding the value, but not always right for seeing if it’s a real brand or not.When you scan the clothing item, it only scans on based what it look like it could be, not what is it. For example, I had a rip-off ed hardy jacket that was by CULT FAVORITE, and when I scanned it (I even scanned the brand name and design) it told me that it was REAL ed hardy, even though it was clearly a knockoff. Now if your for sure that it’s a real brand this app would be great for ONLY showing the value, not if it’s real or not.

Can’t cancel

I had a free three day trial, canceled way ahead and the response said it won’t end until next year!!! How is this a free three day trial?

Scam

Watch out for this app. The "free trial" isn't free, you WILL be charged, with no refund. The AI the app uses is still in its infant stage apparently as it is unable to recognize anything that isn't Zara, SHEIN, or Old Navy. When you try to correct the AI, it crashes. Don't waste $30. I wish I could get my money back.

legit!

Found an LV belt at the flea market for $15, came home and scanned it, and it turned out to be REAL! I was a bit skeptical, so got a bunch of my other designers (all real bought from LV and Gucci stores), and scanned them all came back real of course! This app will be open every time I go thrifting now!🤣

Cool or not so much

I’ve only used this app a couple of times but the Purses I did scan was 50/50 which tells me it cannot detect real from fake .. LuxeBold Is not Michael Kors.. this app couldn’t even identify the maker name on the bag itself ..

App isn’t free like the other ppl say I also deleted the app & somehow it’s still sending me notifications & when I go into the App Store it shows as one of my apps but it’s not on my home screen & it doesn’t show a delete option in the App Store idk how to delete it completely it doesn’t allow me to it only allowed me to delete it off my home screen

The app is free to download, but some features require a subscription - we understand how reviews saying “free” can be misleading, and we’re working to make this clearer. Regarding deletion and notifications: if the app was removed from your Home Screen but still appears in your App Library, it may not have been fully uninstalled. iOS sometimes only removes the icon, not the app itself. To fully delete it, please check your App Library (swipe left past your last Home Screen), find the app there, then press and hold it and choose Delete App. Notifications can also be turned off anytime in iPhone Settings → Notifications.
