Can’t log in
App requests email verification but doesn’t send the email with verification link. Even resetting password doesn’t work. Customer service only works weekdays so no way of accessing on weekend. Would have expected better.
No Apple Health?
The app does not sync with Apple Health. It also doesn’t have an iPad version. Very disappointing. Tell me when it does and I’ll be back.
Really irritating ….
This app is designed to be used on phones so it remains quite a small screen, even when using it on an iPad. This is what I find really irritating. As a result of the small app screen, those with visual impairments, find it very difficult to read and navigate. Having downloaded it and deleted it previously, I’m about to do the same again. I will continue to access my results via the website which I can at least, read clearly.

App
You can't get out of the update mode on the app... a bit useless!
Its excellent! Do it for future you. 💜
Ahhh I’m a big fan of Thriva. I’ve done it a number of times over the years. (JUST had some results back now actually)
Its a brilliant way to test things you are wondering about, or like me, a little body MOT sometimes.
It helps you see what you need to do more, or less of.
You will have personalised Doctor’s notes, recommendations, and suggestions, written against results that you may want to pay more attention to.
Your results are clearly laid out for you on your online ‘Dashboard’
Where you can view it in various ways. And brilliantly explained, with easy to understand charts, numbers, and pictures.

Thriva is a silo
Version 4 and Thriva is still a data silo. 4 stars off for no Apple Health support.
Nice app but constant crashes
The app is really nicely designed, but for me it crashes incessantly when viewing results. Pretty unusable in its current state.
Subscription based
The problem with Thriva is that it’s subscription based rather than “on demand”. I delayed on test as I was being treated by my doctor. The delayed test has now been sent without any advance notice and I am not even in the country. £60 wasted. Thank you Thriva
Unusable app
Constantly hanging and crashing even on login.
Also incredibly slow. When it doesn't crash or hang, every page takes 30-60 seconds to load, and that's even on recent iPhones.

The app keeps crashing
Hey team, the app keeps crashing as soon as I open it. (iPhone 13 fully updated, only app crashing).
Also, I am still waiting for you to take payment for my latest test and sort out how to book the appointment for the blood to be collected.

Ok
It’s ok
Not impressed with App
The customer service has been great and to be fair I have not got any results due yet as I need to complete test however the app simply keeps crashing and will not open. I delete it reload it it opens once or twice then will not open again. Hope it works when I am awaiting results!
A request
Am loving this app and the Thriva service, but have a suggestion - on the Plans, I would love it if we could tap every time we did something (like eat a heart healthy meal or do exercise) rather than have to wait til the end of the week and just tap on how many, as it’s easy to forget what you’ve done over the week, and a bit of positive feedback at the point of having done something might be more encouraging too?

Made me pay for their failed tests
Ordered tests, I completed the blood draw within the parameters they set. Actually putting in towards the top end of the amount if blood they asked for.
They told me they didn’t have enough blood to complete the test. Ok, things go wrong I understand that, but I expect to be reimbursed the full cost incl. postage, not only part of the cost. You sold me a service which you should ensure you can fulfil, and if you can’t, I shouldn’t have to pay for your failure to adequately set the parameters.

Stuck in “Update app loop”
Can’t access the app, tells me to update then directs me to the App Store, which just gives me the “Open” option. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still the same issue.
Impossible to collect sample amount required
Even after following all the tips and tricks to collecting a sample I couldn’t get nearly the amount of blood required, 2 tests later and near £150 wasted, maybe it’s just my blood being thick but it’s not nearly as user friendly as they make out. Waste of time and money.
Sneaky subscriptions and CS did not help
I only wanted to order my blood tests once and did not realise this was a subscription for 3 months. Who needs blood tests every 3 months?!
I have also not received any email saying my subscription was due, which the company claims to have sent. Conveniently, I did receive the receipt email and the tracking link…
I have asked for the refund, but they will still charge me for the kit and I had to cancel the subscription manually which wasn’t intuitive to find. Customer support wasn’t really helpful and took a long time to respond.
Be careful with them and the hidden subscriptions apparently super visible in the FAQs. As a User experience designer myself I find all of this experience very unfortunate.
It is really a shame because the report I got from my first test was very thorough, but I won’t be using theirs services again because of this terrible experience.

Problem with App!!!
Hey, the app isn’t showing my latest test results but the web is!!! Any fix for this? Do I need to delete the app and reinstall?
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
Hello, loving the app and will continue to monitor myself regularly, particularly my Omega 3 levels which came back low. Do you have any plans to add dihydrotestosterone (DHT) testing to your suite?
Subscription menu
Hello,
Would be nice to have access to the subscription plans, pausing and cancelling. Other than that seems perfectly good working
