Can’t get in most of time
Signing in is an ordeal. Have to physically go into CU to get pw reset when the app glitches. Blocked now because says need current app version when I have the current app version.
Very nice people
If I ever have questions, it’s easy to get ahold of someone. They are patient and knowledgeable. We have gotten loans and the process was very smooth.
Outages/Server Errors
The app has “server errors” or “updating” WAY TOO OFTEN. It’ll typically last hours but sometimes it won’t be fixed until the next day. So, good luck trying to see how much money in your account for hours or a day. Additionally, it won’t update your account when you transfer money during that time. So, good luck swiping it thinking your transfer went through. There isn’t even a help line to call. For people that can’t go straight to the ATM to check their balance multiple times a day, this is a nightmare.

Thanks for the app overhaul. App is so much better with the new interface.
Extremely Dated
This app really needs an overhaul. There's no face I'd. It isn't updated immediately OR have a quick balance widget. Please fix this.
Unreliable
This is a horrible app. Very unreliable. 3 days now and it is still not working. I can only access my account through the on-line sight.
