First time I called for work, they kept canceling. I HAD TO CALL LYFT Second time I tried where being on time wasn’t an issue. The wait time kept escalating until the ride was canceled. I had left the screen to check an email and was never notified until I had gone back to check ETA.

I used this app and was quoted $48. After my driver made some wrong turns causing my ride to be much longer than anticipated they charged me $66 for the ride? How is it my fault that he got lost? Never again

one driver i had was going in the opposite direction to pick me up and now im still waiting for the one after i canceled still ain’t get my money back I DO NOT RECOMMEND, you get what you pay for . this service is equivalent to spirit airlines
