This is perfect for anyone who likes metal/hard rock it’s just like going to a show and seeing the opener preform and really liking them but instead of having to hunt them down on YouTube it’s all in one place. I love it.

Gute Idee, wenig Content
Die Idee eines Netflixes für die Metal Szene finde ich super. Jedoch stimmt in meinen Augen das Preisleistungsverhältniss (noch) nicht da es zur Zeit noch relativ wenig Content auf der Plattform gibt. Auch wirkt die App und Website noch nicht ganz fertig. In der Suche gibt es zum Beispiel einen Filter für das Genre. Es wurden aber bisher keine Genres gepflegt, so dass der Filter bisher nutzlos ist. Auch kann ich die App nicht empfehlen, wenn man auf Extreme Metal steht. Die Beiträge an Death- und Blackmetal sind überschaubar. Hauptsächlich findet man Dokumentationen und klassische Heavy Metal Konzerte. Ich habe mir trotzdem mal 1 Jahr Mitgliedschaft gegönnt und werde das weiter im Auge behalten, denn wie gesagt: Die Idee ist nicht schlecht

I went to the App Store and saw Thunderflix so I got it with the subscription. I thought it would be horrible but I tried it and it was way better than I thought!

There just isn’t anywhere near the amount of content here to justify a subscription cost. I can watch more on YouTube and for free.
