Hashi sufferer new to Thyra
Response from developer
Hi lulu, thank you so much for taking the time to review Thyra, and welcome! 🦋 Good news: the logging you're describing is already in the app. Open the Track tab and you can log every meal, either manually or just by snapping a photo, and Thyra will estimate the calories, nutrients and vitamins for you. It keeps your food, symptoms and labs together in one place, so there's no need to juggle multiple apps (and no need to rely on memory on the foggy days, we hear you on that). If anything isn't clear or you'd like a hand getting set up, email us anytime at hi@usethyra.com — we'd genuinely love to help. Wishing you all the best on your journey with Hashimoto's. Saved my life

Thank you so much, this means a lot. Pattern detection was one of the hardest features to get right, so hearing that it surfaced connections you'd never spotted is exactly what we were going for. More coming soon 🙌

Thank you for the kind words. Connecting daily check-ins with diet changes is exactly what Thyra was built for; once you hit two weeks, the symptom correlation insights get even more useful. Ian from Thyra
Perfect for tracking my labs and trends
Response from developer
Thanks for the review. Trending TSH, T3 and T4 over time is a much better way to walk into a doctor's appointment; we're working on borderline-band insights and lab comparison next. Ian from Thyra
