I am appalled at the problems associated with this app. This is how we are supposed to be uploading our claims to get reimbursed from our special fund?? Most of the time, the claim submission fails. There is not an option to change the receipt or delete a claim. This is inexcusable, DO BETTER!! YOUR AN INSURANCE COMPANY MANAGING OUR HEALTH CARE DOLLARS!!
