Overpricing
This app is full of shi, they over price the tickets. I bought Bruno mars tickets more than 600 each for nosebleed (all the way in the back) seats and I got two for 1,200 when on Ticketmaster I could get TWO FLOOR SEATS for 1,300 THIS IS A SCAMM

Over a month ago ordered tickets. Received an email receipt, I fear it will confirm I got scammed. Customer service doesn’t exist. If a miracle happens I will update this review. You want tickets? Go to a legitimate seller! UPDATE, definitely a scam site! Stay clear! Actually chatted with someone, they gave me so many different stories.

Worse app and service
Do not use ticket center, it is a scam. They don’t give options to accept tickets when sent. They mark up 3-5x on the price of the tickets. They do not answer customer service after you’ve called about issues.

I must have been scammed $1,000 worth of tickets for Wicked. I downloaded this app per email instruction. Nothing in the app. It’s in Italian. I contacted the info I received by email. Autobot answer said I will receive it 1 day before the event. Help!

Absolutely useless app
Download the app, when you open it, it’s either glitched or just half baked straight from the App Store. Says Nuovo Ticketgate and I was not able to access or change anything. Delete the app and redownload, same thing. Seeing as this already has 1.4 stars as of 6/22/24 they clearly don’t care.

I agree with what everyone else has posted: app not in English or usable and you don’t get your tickets…UNLESS you call the Tickets-Center number with your order number and tell them you don’t have them and it doesn’t seem legit, THEN, they will process the actual tickets via TicketMaster and send them to you! But as far as I can see ONLY if you call.
So far, I have actual TicketMaster tickets that match what was ordered via Ticket-Center for a show in 2 1/2 weeks. I am not expecting problems, if so, I will come back and update the review.

Scam or legit?
Bought parking pass & tickets to the Stones. No tickets, parking pass invalid and the app is no good. They tell me my tickets will be in email six weeks from now, day before concert. Every review I read is Ticket Center is a scam! Hoping our tickets will arrive and be legit!
