Infuriating user experience
I can’t emphasise enough how un-user friendly and buggy this app is. It crashes consistently. Sends you to update it. Nothing happens. Impossible to transfer tickets between two people. Firstly the transfer text takes about 8 hours to arrive and when it does you cannot accept the tickets, due to more crashing. Would highly recommend avoiding events where Ticketek is the issuer, or at least avoid being the person in charge of ticket purchases.

What was wrong with a paper ticket
Nightmare app and service. The fact you are FORCED to download an app you don’t want just to use a ticket is pathetic and you cant even screenshot the QR code. A solution to a problem that didn’t exist. Sick of these company’s creaming ticket prices by making issues where there wasn’t one before
Useless! Sort it out.
The need to constantly authenticate via email for every single ticket download is insane. I get having security but when trying to download tickets for 3 games of cricket in a row for my family it’s absolutely punishing. Surely one verification is enough?

Worst app on the planet
All but impossible to use. Password seems to get lost. Have to authenticate to download tickets even when having just logged in and purchased. Search for events comes up blank for events that are there. Ordered tickets don’t show in Tickets but they show in Order History. Just truely an awful app.

Save the time and use the website, this app is absolutely horrid. It errors when you need tickets. 0/10
Useless App
Either do away with the app or get it working properly! Clunky and time consuming downloading tickets, best to use website as this app is a waste of time.
wont allow for authentication code
i’m trying to login, can login fine through the website. through the app it’s generating an authentication code to my email but not allowing me to enter it in the app

Why have an app and force people to use it but it doesn’t work on an Apple 13? Can’t access tickets despite reloading app multiple times.

Terrible app. Why do I have to go into Order History to see tickets for some current events? Looking at different tickets or events in Order History causes me to have to re-enter a new access code sent via email each time. Why? I realise you had to enable some sort of 2FA after your site was hacked a while back, but this has to be the worst implementation ever.

Doesn’t show you the tickets you’ve bought
After buying the tickets when you go to the ticket tab on the app, there are no tickets shown. However, if you go to the order history, the purchases are shown. To be able to download these tickets you have to get an individual authorisation for each tickets by email and then screenshot them or download Apple wallet. This makes the app pointless. Can you please fix this?

Needs work
The latest update has a bug which won’t allow you to add tickets to your Apple Wallet - a functionality that worked in the previous version.

Try to avoid
App doesn’t let you remain logged in. Bought 3 tickets. When trying to access venue it kept kicking me out. Showing no events and going through the log in and one time password each time. Holding up the line.

Awful
After buying tickets online, I decided to download the app to have them on my phone, but as the other reviewer pointed out the tickets didn't appear on my account on the app. I had to login every time with a one time passcode to view them in my order history. It couldn't even save them in my ticket wallet. Awful.

Zero stars, terrible app
Doesn’t save tickets in the app or allow to save to apple wallet. Can only see one ticket at a time once you’ve done a one-off authentication. Then once you click out, you have to authenticate again to look at the next one. Ended up taking screenshots of each ticket.
