FAQ

What does TicketFire do?

TicketFire is an application that allows users to buy, sell, and digitize event tickets. It aims to provide the lowest checkout prices with no hidden fees and offers a 100% buyer guarantee. Users can digitize paper tickets by taking a picture of the barcode and event information.

How do I digitize my tickets?

To digitize a ticket, simply open the TicketFire app, take a clear picture of your ticket with the barcode and event information visible. The app will then convert it into a mobile ticket that can be used for entry or sold.

Is TicketFire free to use?

Yes, the application is free to download and use. It emphasizes having no hidden fees, meaning the price you see at checkout is the final price, often 10% lower than other major ticket sites.

What types of events can I use TicketFire for?

TicketFire supports a wide range of events, including sports (MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA), concerts, Broadway shows, theater, comedy nights, and music festivals. It works with tickets from various sources and is compatible with most major ticket scanners.

How can I transfer tickets to friends?

You can easily transfer your mobile tickets to friends via SMS text, iMessage, Messenger, WhatsApp, or other messaging channels. This eliminates the need for paper tickets and costly shipping methods.
