This app is a fraud
They charge you money but don’t get your tickets paid do not use this app
never use this app to pay your ticket
i pay 3 tickets with them and i got charge but the tickets have never been pay ,it's no numbers to call them and i send them email more then 5 times no reply

For the last tickets , they didn’t pay for them. I didn’t know and was charged fees. I emailed them several times to reconcile this and no one answered. Do not use this service. It fell off.

This app just took my money and sent my tiket to court for no Reason. Do not use this app.. i even had to pay again the tiket cause they just Stole my money.. i tríed email them but never answered.. do not trust this app!!
Piss off
I had four tickets that I pay using the app but I still got mails that it was still due went to the financial district department show that I pay for it show the bank statement and the confirmation email their response was “there is no way of them knowing it been pay and I need to get a confirmation number from ticket hero” I emailed ticket hero because it only way of getting them. They said I would get a response in 48 hours it been 1 week.
Ps. I emailed ticket hero 3 different times considering the this problem but still no answer.

Used this app to manage parking tickets and even manually checked from time to time. The app showed 0 tickets when in reality there were numerous tickets when I checked the city website.
Thanks to ticket hero, I now have a substantial amount of parking tickets to pay for all at once.
