Unhelpful with undelivered tickets

Bought tickets and they weren’t sent to me. They were unhelpful in helping to resolve the issue. I requested a refund well before the event started, and they denied it.

It’s crazy that this service is much worse than Ticketmaster.

Great App

Recently used this app to purchase 4 NBA and NHL game tickets. Love that the price you see is the total. Looked at other sites but all of them had fees once you got to check out. I had one issue with tickets for one game not coming through, used the app to get in contact and was all sorted with half an hour. Very good service and app works well.

TicketIQ is the cheapest

I was skeptical going in because I had never heard of TicketIQ, but it really is the cheapest. I bought concert tickets a few months ago and compared to every other site I could think of. TicketIQ was the least expensive and I got my tickets quick. ❤️
