Unfair handling of ticket resales
Very disappointing experience with TicketSwap. My ticket went through multiple resales, and when an issue was raised by the final buyer less than 24 hours before the event, TicketSwap rolled back the entire chain and held me responsible.
I asked them to provide the full resale history and evidence showing where the issue occurred, but getting a clear explanation has been extremely difficult. I have also submitted a formal complaint, but the process has been frustrating and lacks transparency.

Scammed
Got scammed by a Seller, made them aware that I could not get into the venue, showed proof and somehow they have not done investigating 5months later! Disgraceful wouldn’t recommend

Trying to sell tickets and most they say is £10 as it says late entry is £10 not the actual tickets. Help support is useless and they don’t care or even bother to help. Would never recommend this app to anyone

Sold my ticket 5th August. Everytime I speak to chat they say they escalate it because I haven’t gotten my payment yet but nothing happens and no one replies on the live chat
Genuinely awful app very buggy
Trying to create a listing for an event abroad and it takes me through a full rigmarole and then freezes on one screen mid process after multiple tries and plenty puffs on my vape i finally create the listing, 17 people in a waiting list for this event so i’m expecting it sold very soon. Not user friendly in the slightest.
