Not working as expected
I bought a ticket for the Sofia subway, it was really fast and easy, but none of the scanners of the subway recognized the barcode. I ended up buying a real ticket.
It actually doesn’t work!!
I took bus number 184 (21.12.2018, 10:30) from station “Hotel Pliska” and tried to buy ticket from the app.. But unfortunately I couldn’t..
I got only “we could not find any station/vehicles around...” message. Really frustrating..
(Latest iOS; all radio was ON - wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, mobile data..)

Stopped working altogether
When I’m trying to buy a ticket on Sofia university station, it says “fgate is offline” or something of that sort. This doesn’t tell me really if the whole system is offline or there is just an error on my phone but this is happening for the last two days at least
Payments dont work
I couldn't buy my ticket and so this app is worthless and a waste of time and data.
