Where has this been all my life?
I have tried nearly every organizational and project management app out there, and this is by far my favorite of them all! Eisenhower matrix, Pomadoro timer, habit tracking and other performance metric s all in one place.. and then when you add its smart lists and project management features (with team sharing) there's simply nothing else that comes close. And did I mention integration with some of your other factories productivity tools? I not only love and use this app daily, but I recommend it to all my clients now as well.. and it never fails to produce a productivity boost.

Unnecessary Subscription for basic functions
Any app that limits functionality behind a paywall for basic features gets a 1 star from me. If you just offered bonus features or more benefits, I wouldn’t be upset, but you limit people on the amount of tasks they can create, lists they can make, countdowns they can have, and habits they can track. After a short amount of time using this app, it becomes unusable without forking over money every month. I can’t even check off my repeating tasks now that I have “reached my limit.” Quit being so greedy.

it’s simple and perfect for people who just need a to-do list without being to over the top. i love how it lets me set certain tasks on a daily repeat, it’s such a timesaver!
Update deleted all of my history
Painful to have multiple years worth of data deleted when app updates. Two thumbs down.
Phenomenal
I have used multiple different to-do list and have tracking apps over the years, but this one is by far my favorite. Even without the premium features that come with the subscription, the app is just solid all around. Its UI is intuitive, it integrates extremely well with native iOS apps (Calendar, Reminders, etc.), and is extremely useful. It’s already helped me immensely. In my opinion, since they don’t bottleneck features or severely restrict you in the free version, it makes me even more inclined to get the premium subscription to access the additional features and support a company that is doing it right.

I’m really disappointed with the new update that you can no longer select to look at your calendar as a monthly layout. Now you need premium so I’m no longer using this app

I've swapped between this and another task apps several times but honestly I keep coming back to TickTick because it's better than almost every other task app.

its so good for scheduling, to do lists, habits trackers is good, recurring tasks, task urgency can be done. And all this FOR FREE. Premium offers more features

This is an amazing app, and I use it every day. However, there’s one thing I’d really like to see improved.
When I want to type something like “1-4pm” in the title of an event, the app automatically interprets it as a date and time.
For example, if I enter:
“1-4pm rehearsal”
the app treats “1-4” as January 4, and “4pm” is removed from the title and used as the event time instead.
I don’t want the app to interpret what I type—I just want the text to stay exactly as I entered it. Later, when I look for the event, I end up thinking, “I could have sworn I created it,” because it was changed automatically.
The automatic date and time recognition can be useful, but I’d really appreciate having an option to turn it off, or at least keep the text exactly as typed instead of modifying it automatically.

Sloppy for overnight workers.
Doesn’t properly add overnight events to the calendar..:treats them as another event past midnight which clutters the calendar and makes you look busier than you actually are. A major critical flaw and won’t be subbing because of that. Good thing a trial was offered.

Tried both laptop and iphone
All i wanted was a calendar that offers check marks . Unfortunately upon downloading there are still no check marks , i guess until you pay yearly ? I downloaded on my laptop it wouldn't even display my calendar at all. Someone else's calendar and all grayed out. I'm not a freebie seeker but you don't show to me that your app works . Like if you would show me for 1 hour that it works i would have subscribed but im not going to pay just to see if it works or not. If it doesn't work now it probably won't work ever. Deleted .

Best App to keep reminders for
Great time management tool
Great product to keep you on track and focused on the task at hand, and to monitor non-priority tasks. That function alone is worth it. The bonus is the focus and built-in timer to track your focus time on a task. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for time-management tools.
Love this app
Fabulous task manager. Allows for categories and subcategories, repeating, custom due dates, detailed notes. Priority and timing alerts. Sorts logically. Allows manual sort. Lots of shortcuts if that’s your thing. I use it to manage work tasks (over 1000 repeating annually) and it keeps me on track, sorted and focused on the priorities.
I tried To Do once my org moved to that. Not nearly as powerful in terms of task management.
