Intuitive, flexible, great features
I just started using TickTick about a week ago and so far am really liking it. Minimal learning curve — very intuitive. Folder system is great. Visually clean and easy to navigate. Creating lists, sub lists, and descriptions is simple. Cross-device integration is seamless. Much better than Reminders for me (so far).

SUCH AN AMAZING APP
In my opinion, I think that tick tick is a very good app to remind you of stuff and things you have to do and it’s really good to help you. Remind you what need to do and for you to be organized the only con about it would be you having to pay if you want to use more than what the limit has for you or if you want to add more countdowns, it’s more money and there’s like other plans like I feel like it should all be equal but for the app to profit even more it’s their choice to add for them to pay for a special plan, but honestly, the app is great. It helps me remind like it reminds me to do stuff and helps me be organized and very proficient.

EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED!!
So I’ve waited quite some time before I wrote a review just so that I had enough time to use every aspect of the platform in both the free and the pro version and then got comfortable enough with it to utilize it on my day-to-day. Honestly, the aesthetics of it are great. I love that you can toggle between light and dark mode. It’s got really useful widgets and all features are incredibly customizable as well, which is another big plus. It’s super simple if I wanna add a quick task to my day or an event to my calendar. And it’s equally as quick if I want to check off an item after completion. I love that it keeps track of my daily habits and how it gamifies them so it definitely makes my to-do list feel a lot more doable. It even has a Pomodoro timer, there’s a countdown feature and even an Eisenhower matrix. It’s super simple but incredibly loaded down with all the good stuff so I think it’s the perfect blend of what you would expect something like this to have and what you really would love for it too include. I use it every single day and I really like it. It is become my go to for schedule keeping and I was someone who used to toggle between the Things App, Sorted and Fantastical lol. Kudos to the creators because they not only hit the mark on usability and features, but they also do their part with maintenance and upkeep always adding new things and doing updates so if you do download this app, do yourself a favor and just splurge that little bit on the pro version you will not regret it and it’s so affordable to boot!

Fantastic To DoApp. great for GTD
I’m a to do list junkie and have tried almost all the other tools. I find TickTick to be the best fit for me. I follow the GTD methodology and this tool makes it easy. I appreciate how I can use it on virtually any device, including my iWatch. The iWatch integration is fantastic because I can quickly add reminders any time by pressing one button and speaking the task. I did not initially realize how useful this feature is. For example, I often want to create reminders while driving or walking the dog.
In addition, there is excellent calendar integration, custom smart views, sorting, sharing, tags, locations, habits, summary reporting, file attachments, timers, integration with Spark email and Amazon Alexa, and focus mode with soothing sounds and a Kanban view on some platforms.
I’m impressed with this tool and highly recommend it. You can try many of the functions for free to see if this tool works for you. I believe the price is low considering the excellent functionality and product quality. I like the subscription model since it motivates the developers to continue enhancing their product.

Easy to use for making a daily to-do list and crossing things off! Simple but functional!

I have used this for a couple of days and I pair it with bright mind and it works so well! I love it and it makes my life easier!

After trying hundreds of calendar and todo apps this beats them all. Perfect UI. Perfect sync between devices. Ticks all the boxes. The developers keep adding new features and functions. Worth every penny!
One of the best productivity apps I’ve used! Just some recommendations
I use this app as a calendar, a to do list, a habit tracker and pomodoro timer,all with having to do 5 million years of set or having to download 5 million apps. I love that you can customise the themes and colours. Just so recommendations:
- I would love to have subtasks for the habits (ie like habit be clean kitchen and have clean sink, clean stove etc).
- I also think the “white noise” for the pomodoro timer doesn’t blend nicely, it has noticeable cuts for when the track repeats.
