I’ve used this tool to help organize myself and have seen significant improvement. I love how the mobile app perfectly synchs with the web page for ticktick across all my devices, but the desktop app is a bit lacking in comparison. The ipad app is just as good as the mobile app. I totally recommend the free and paid versions

Finally a task management app that I’ve stuck with
I use this for personal projects, work projects, investment projects, and everything in between. They are continually updating the app, and it is available on every platform that I need it. In the past, I’ve found myself jumping between task managers about once every year when I get sick of an app and find that I’m using other systems to compensate for weaknesses. I’ve been a happy TickTick user for almost 3 years now, and I don’t see myself stopping any time soon.

Great for Entrepreneurs
I have both a day job and a business and I’m also a single parent, so I really love this one place where I can just keep all my information and it’s integrated right into my all my separate emails & calendars.
Amazing app
This is a must use app. It organises your life. Easy to search. You can create daily reminders. I've tried many apps and calendars, but none is as good as Ticktick.

I’ve been using TickTick for years now. It has the best balance between flexibility and simplicity out of all the apps I’ve tried. And it even has a decent note taking feature as well. I use it for almost everything at this point.

Good enough for 4 stars despite major annoyances
Bad Apple watch app,full featured but cumbersome with so much complexity better suited for the desktop app, completed tasks disappear into a separate uncategorized completed task graveyard when marked and no option to keep completed tasks checked or crossed out in a list of tasks which is annoying for some projects to not have clear and easy indication that a task has been both listed and completed. Needs a fifth tool in the toolbar and the other tools button should be placed elsewhere. Despite these flaws, as a simple to do list, task notes, habit tracker and task organizer, it’s really easy and good. Be mindful that the calendar is set up for tasks not events. Also free version works well if you only need a few task lists and habits to track. But you’ll run into its limitations quick if you need more than that.
