I would say it is one of the best, I would be incorrect, It is the best tide / weather/ moon /chart you can carry!!!
It is a Excellent application for users to add their own locations for their own tides.
If you don’t own this you are missing a lot of important information that is all in one place,, in your hand..

Lots of info, easy to use

Two things would make it perfect. Currents. And notifications based on tide levels and times until. Like alert 30 min before tide level falls to 6ft. For those of us who have a channel to navigate.

Thanks for the kind review! After our email exchange, I realized I had misunderstood part of your feedback about height alerts. A new update now allows height-based alerts to be sent before the tide reaches the configured height, as you suggested. TidesPro includes current predictions from individual NOAA current stations, which can be enabled from the location menu on the Map tab. Thanks as well for the feedback and ideas about currents. Amazing watch & iPhone apps

Good tide prediction & marine weather data, awesome selection of watch complications & iPhone widgets, app is quick to update after changing location. Also runs on iPad and Mac. Very responsive developers - worth every penny of the small annual subscription fee!

YMMV, but my favorite feature on iPhone/iPad/Mac is the ability to see forecasted marine weather in conjunction with tide prediction for a future day and time.

My Go To For Tides & More!

I’ve have tried countless apps and Tides Pro is the one that presents this data most clearly, has a wide variety of widgets, and most importantly can do so without iOS location GPS turned on. This was important to me for battery conservation as I keep unnecessary location services turned off in iOS. Frequent updates and improvements over the years. Worth the money. 🤙

I’ve tried most. This one is very polished and contains a lot of information that is organized well. The notifications work great. It is worth the subscription.

Lots of great info!

I am on a free trial because I am trying to find an app that will alert me to a high tide at least 12 hours prior. There is a lot of great information in this app, but it loses a star for that reason. Let me know if you make a change! I will be canceling my free trial. 😊

Amazing app!

Ive used and tried all of the tide apps, this one by far exceeds everyone I have tried. Great graphics, the weather information is spot on. It works well on Mac, iPhone and the Apple Watch. Many great widgets on the iPhone and there are a ton of complications to customize your Apple Watch with. If you need info on the go, this app is the only one you need for all the information you need for surf fishing! For any angler this app is a must have.

Best tides app out there!!!

I’ve tried all of the tides apps, this one is by far the most accurate and offers the most features. Works on iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac, so all your info is where you need it. This one is loaded with all the info you could possibly need in one app. No more downloading several apps to get the info you need, this one has it all.

Coastal? Apple Watch? This is a MUST!

I look at this app at least 10 times a day. Upgrade to the premium and have the tide info directly on your Apple Watch face. If you spend time on the beach or in a boat, seeing what the tide is doing on your watch makes planning easy and keeps you out of trouble. Also, they work quickly to restore function after the usual “helpful update” that Apple rolls out. Highly recommend.

The best tides app I’ve found!

I fish saltwater marshes from a kayak so having good tide info is vital. I use this app on my phone, watch and Mac. The watch complication is my “go to” while out on the water. It’s vital not just for fishing but for safe navigation.

TidesPro 3.2.12 now has NOAA current stations on the Map tab, and is available on the App Store. You can toggle currents stations by tapping on the waves icon near the top of the map. Currents stations show up as teal markers. You can click on a station to see current predictions for the near future. The data is coming directly from NOAA, so the speed & availability is subject to their servers, and an internet connection is required. Currents speeds are displayed in your preferred speed units in Settings -> Measurement Units. No current stations!!!!!!!!

Please add current stations. They are just as relevant !
Our anchoring depends on it.

Tidal Canal Use

I live on a tidal canal. I can always come and go but I depend on TidesPro to tell me when it’s deep enough to put my boat on our lift. I use it daily to plan on outings so I can pre launch or put it away. Works great and hasn’t been wrong yet. Thanks!

TidesPro Premium lifetime

Supposed to be able to use on all my devices but will not recognize purchase on my I pad. When I put my Apple ID in they say it does not recognize my purchase.
