Not able to vote without a code
The film vote proces could be made easier by identifying the tickets in your account and avoiding the manual process of ticket code.
Issue: the films marked as favorites films are not immediately synchronized with the general list and you are not able to view the already hearted films.
Quite low expectations for an app that is running for such a long time… hoping to be solved soon.
Also, after the festival period the user is not able to access the application content and there is no archive, of course, it’s costly, but worthy.

Another issue is with movie ratings. Trying to give stars to movies watched today I have 0 if not rating them right away but a few hours later (even though tickets bought through the app). Also, if a movie ends after midnight, rating it in the app is no longer possible.
Many improvements still to be made
If you add a Tiff card/badge after downloading the app and logging in, there is no option to remove and update it, even if you delete and reinstall the app. I have tried to change a Tiff 10 card after the 10 tickets were bought, with my guest badge and was not able to.
Also it’s very confusing that you cannot remove the already used tickets from the list, making it very difficult to navigate the My tickets list after a couple of festival days. They do not appear chronologically either.
