Can’t vote , can’t see watched movies, this is after the update
Not able to vote without a code
The film vote proces could be made easier by identifying the tickets in your account and avoiding the manual process of ticket code.
Issue: the films marked as favorites films are not immediately synchronized with the general list and you are not able to view the already hearted films.
Quite low expectations for an app that is running for such a long time… hoping to be solved soon.
Also, after the festival period the user is not able to access the application content and there is no archive, of course, it’s costly, but worthy.

Another issue is with movie ratings. Trying to give stars to movies watched today I have 0 if not rating them right away but a few hours later (even though tickets bought through the app). Also, if a movie ends after midnight, rating it in the app is no longer possible.
Many improvements still to be made
If you add a Tiff card/badge after downloading the app and logging in, there is no option to remove and update it, even if you delete and reinstall the app. I have tried to change a Tiff 10 card after the 10 tickets were bought, with my guest badge and was not able to.
Also it’s very confusing that you cannot remove the already used tickets from the list, making it very difficult to navigate the My tickets list after a couple of festival days. They do not appear chronologically either.

Search not working
Been trying for a few days to find the movies by searching, it just won't work, shows 0 results, tried in all languages
Can't buy tickets with a TIFF Card in the app
The app is good for checking the schedule and seeing already purchased tickets.
It does NOT enable TIFF Card holders (more likely to install it than casual movie-goers) to get tickets, or even see how many ticket slots they have left.

I would like to make some sugestion:
1. I purchased a 10 entries card and it would be easier and really helpful if when i buy a ticket somehow to show me how many tickets i have left on the card.
2. Every movie ticket to have writen on them or at "my tickets"in the app how much is the duration of the movie
3. Add gcalendar to the app so i can link my calendar to the movie that i want to see
4. Make a folder with my preferences. Now in the app i can not select 1 or more movies that i am considering seeing at the festival.
5. Add the option to filter by day and hour so when o enter for example 17.06 and 14.00 hour to show me what are the movies running for that hour.

Reparati odata aplicatia asta
Aceleasi probleme stupide de anul trecut care nu au fost rezolvate- nu mi pot actualiza badge ul in aplicatie si trebuie sa stau la telefon cu cei de la support.
Nu a mers flow-ul pentru a rezerva prin card tiff 10
Când înregistrezi un card tiff.10, îți apare opțiunea de a "rezerva gratuit" un bilet la un film dar
1. Nu există un pas de confirmare
2. Nu există opțiunea de a da cancel.
3. Nu funcționează pur și simplu. Am ajuns la o proiecție pentru care credeam că am bilet rezervat doar să aflu că acel bilet "rezervat" nu exista defapt.
După aceea am suflat în iaurt și am folosit site-ul pentru a rezerva biletele.

Nu am putut rezerva folosind cardul de 10
Aplicatia e plina de bug-uri si nu am putut face rezervari:
- Login cu Facebook -> Profile screen nu se incarca (“Something went wrong”) -> nu pot adauga cardul cumparat.
- Login cu Apple id -> Profile screen ok, am adaugat cardul de 10 intrari -> Nu pot rezerva folosind cardul. Am doar optiune sa platesc individual. Nu apare “Rezerva gratuit”, avand in vedere ca fac prima rezervare din cele 10.

Could be better -payment area
If you book something but then decide to remove some item from the order, you no longer can until the booking expires. This could be improved.
Awesome design, great user experience
I downloaded the app to see the films’ schedule but ended up buying tickets, voting films and hunting posters all around Cluj so I can try the VR experience again and again.

Support for Wallet
The application is very good and easy to use or buy tickets but the lack of Wallet support is missing. Hope that they will add it soon, it would be a great benefit.
Cateva sugestii
Pentru un film care a inceput la 23.15 nu am putut vota a doua zi. Deasemenea, ora filmului a fost schimbata fara sa primesc vreo notificare. Lista de bilete nu este sortata dupa data si ar fi bine sa si fie puse deoparte cele folosite. Plata e cam anevoioasa.
In rest numai de bine, prefer aplicatia pentru ca nu are paginare ca si siteul.
