Easy to use interface, that you can use anytime and anywhere to check on your investments. It even has free news and tutorials to watch. I like the free market updates and notifications. For peace of mind it is listed on NASDAQ.

A confusing nightmare to navigate
The design of this app makes even the simplest tasks so frustrating and hard.
t took me 10 mins just to understand how to withdraw my money so I could leave it for good.
To this day, I can’t consistently find out how much my shares have gone up or down since I first bought them…
It has not one but two AI help chatbots within the app???
It looks like it’s designed for pro users which makes it beyond challenging for any beginners.
It’s just cluttered, overwhelming, and annoying to use.

Super confusing and beginner-unfriendly
The app is so cluttered and overwhelming.
It’s crammed with so many acronyms, so much jargon, and just general junk. When you click the ℹ️ button, the explanation is full of more jargon.
All I want is to see:
- How much money I first invested
- How much money my shares have gone up / down by
- Over what time period
Other apps tell you this in one easy place. Tiger makes finding this information feel like an overwhelming and frustrating pain.

Can’t turn off push notifications
The app bombards you with a ton of useless push notifications and won’t let you disable it if you’re within the first 12 hours of opening an account on mobile with them. Totally ridiculous. I am getting an endless stream of irrelevant push notifications about world headlines that I don’t care about.
