Never Works
So I’m required to download this app since I’m in school at a Tony and Guy academy for cosmetology but it never works. I can’t even sign up because it just stays frozen. Either fix it or don’t require it for you school.
Does not work.
I can’t do anything. It just stays on the main page. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared space on my phone, restarted my phone, tried it on another device.. same problem. It won’t let me sign up either. Keeps saying a server connection error occurred. I just want to learn :(
App never works!

I love the app when it actually works. I’ve committed to trying to use it but am always left disappointed by it crashing or getting stuck on the Home Screen. Please fix!
Needs bug fixes
This app isn’t working. It gets to the home screen and then crashes. I will be deleting but once it’s updated I will redownload then edit my review.
So much potential
I’d LOVE to use this app but it doesn’t seem to play nice. Please fix it so it will open and not crash
Reset password
The reset password can not connect to the server to provide this option. Please update this feature.
Crashes and freezes
I loved the app while it worked. For the last few months it’s just frozen n errors out when I want to login. Tigi fix so we can keep enjoying ur information
It worked and then it stopped?
It was great until it just stopped. Uninstalled and installed and still not working. Oh well back to the drawing board.
Need to fix issues
This has the potential to be an great app however, it’s not updated, info won’t load, it freezes or crashes. Please fix so we can enjoy the app again.

The app opens but nothing with load. Useless App

Hi. I downloaded the app and when i tried to sign up, it said “The data couldn’t be read because it is not in the correct format”. Please fix this so i can try the app :)

Updated to the current version am unable to login, reset password, or register a new account keep getting error message.
Bring back or integrate the Color Consultation App
I loved the TIGI Color Consultation App. It allowed me to scroll through options like starting level and tone, hair texture, and was the only place I needed to store client formulas. This app replaced it and I've been unhappy ever since. This app does NOT have a place to store client formulas, is not user friendly, and needs to have the former color consultation integrated or relaunched as a separate app. Please bring it back!

Not worth it
This app is better when it had the colorline and how do achieve it and more to look at. It is boring now and very disappointing!
Works....keep updating
I had let this app languish for about 9 months or so. Came back to find an update that doesn't crash and new formulas. Keep it up and add more formulas!!! Great & Fun. Beautiful to look at & to show clients.

My s-z does not show unless I search them. Also need the app for iPad and iPad mini
