Niet alle IBANs werken
Een IBAN is een Europese rekening formaat, het is niet mogelijk om andere als Nederlandse rekeningen in te vullen. Graag in een volgende versie 2 karakters meer instelbaar maken (namelijk de 1e twee). Niet te gebruiken dus de app weer verwijdert.

Het is spijtig om in 2025 te moeten vaststellen dat de Efteling in zee gaat met een app dat enkel met Nederlandse Iban rekeningnummers werkt. Er wordt €0,25 remgelicht aangerekend per beker. Als buitenlander kan je wel een QR-code scannen, maar dan moet je nog uw rekeningnummer ingeven, wie kent in deze digitale tijd zijn rekeningnummer nog, om nog eens een QR-code te scannen, en dit terwijl er 10 andere mensen achter u staan te wachten. Is duidelijk gericht op een extra verdienmodel, zo moeten ze per dag honderden euro’s aan remgelicht niet terugstorten!!!

Strange that someone can send me a Tikkie and my payment is accepted but I cannot sign up bc I do not have a Dutch/Belgian or German phone number (or another country that is listed).

Wel Belgisch telefoonnummer maar geen Belgische rekeningnummer.
Ik vind het super vervelend dat je nog altijd geen Belgische bankrekening kan gebruiken op tikkie in 2024. In 2024 zou je verwachten dat je tikkie kan gebruiken met een buitenlands rekeningnummer en niet alleen een Nederlandse rekening.

Supposed to be a great tool but recycling cups in Efteling made impossible because the app only accepts NL Ibans is a very bad customer service for both brands, especially when people are ready to queue to do some good for the planet

Revolut werkt niet
Het zal een prima app zijn, maar het werkt dan weer niet met een Revolut rekening. Een van de grootste banken van Europa en daar werk je niet mee samen? Zal tijd worden, want ik ga Rabobank opzeggen met de dure kosten die er komen gaan.

It’s very easy to make payment request and pay with tikkie. It’s great.
My only comment comes when you want to make a group tikkie. The. The UI isn’t very clear. Do I need the amount per person! Or the total?
