I have to wait a month for a new story to load
I’ve been playing this game for well over a year now and at a level in the thousands. I currently have over 10,000 stars to do stories but I’m only getting a story about once a month. It is so frustrating. There is no support for this game.

I love this game! It makes me feel good to help someone in desperate need and to see my aid help them immediately. The story is great, it’s fun and exciting. I love the mahjong style games too!

It’s addictive but entertaining I have uninstalled several times just so I won’t be stuck on the game and continue with my life lol but then I miss it and instantly find myself like now downloading it again.

It’s a very good game but the amount of adverts is extremely off putting. Way WAY too many.

Great game but help order frustrating
I enjoy this game but it annoys me that the order of helping take makes no sense. A family is shivering cold. The window is broken and there’s a hole in the roof. Snow coming in everywhere, but our first priority is they need a new potted plant or to fix the bedside table before fixing the window or roof? I know it’s just a game but that is frustrating

Your long ad in my other game
I downloaded this to say I’m trying to play a completely different game and your LONG ad interrupts it. Why does your ad have to be so long, ruining my relaxing experience somewhere else? It doesn’t have to be that long. Why is it so long and drawn out. - So I tried the game and there is very little reward for the amount of time to takes to solve a puzzle. One star per long game and some games are hard and take a few tries. For one star. And every repair needs 4 stars or more. It’s more frustrating and aggravating than it is relaxing or satisfying. Plus, their ad is long in other games but you can’t watch an ad for a boost so it’s just a money grab.

I enjoy this game but having to sit for up to 2 minutes between tile boards and then tap up to 5 times to cancel an ad? Too much. Forget it…I’m gonna find a book and entertain myself properly!!

Why are all the distressed people women and little girls? I don’t get it. It portrays women as helpless.

Ich bekomme seit 1 Woche die Meldung „überprüfen Sie ihr Netzwerk. Ich kann dadurch das neue Ereignis nicht spielen. Mein Netzwerk ist aber ok. Das ist ärgerlich.
