The game was fun to play at first, but the ads are now so intrusive. I spend more time in ads than I do playing the game. I'm uninstalling it's ridiculous.

Hi, I finally seen on your app page, in the reviews, that you responded to my review. I never got an email. I absolutely hated leaving that review, but glitches have been going on all year last year, & then in June a major update disconnected me as leader/creator of Team Phoenix. So with all the previous year glitches in 2025, plus the glitches that created major problems with me or my co leaders having no controls over the game, I started a new team, Fire & Ice ! & most of the Team followed. ( I hope this address works & you get this. This is the email address you said to contact you at in the review. See attachment 1)
So because of all the glitches and problems and unable to get any responses out of 78 emails, I decided the glitch’s were in the game. The best thing to do was to let my old team know I was making a new team. Well the whole team had different glitches. So they were given a timeline to come over to the new team, Fire & Ice.
So I have issues with glitches & 1 question.
The issue is, before I started the new Team, The app or whatever, started my going on 3 year progress over. By that happening, it started me back to level 1, but in info, it still shows my score at the moment it happened. But also when it started me to level 1, I lost all the progress, awards, avatars & frames earned, etc. I am at level
361 as of August 31st at 11:56, but plan to be at a higher level by the time you get this. The current level I will be on when you read this needs to be added together with the number in attachment 2, #12 Lesli Captain - 12361, and reconnect to all my progress, awards, etc., into one. Do you understand what I mean?
My question is, why was the individual members “helps” accruals for the week taken out of the game? That was a major tool I used with my old Team and it’s gone? That’s how I track who is helping and who is not. Slackers aren’t tolerated. Helping makes a Team! So are you going to bring that function back? I really hope you do! It’s truly needed for Team Creators/Leaders & Co-Leaders that help keep track of stuff for me.
Another suggestion I would like to throw out there, is being able to see what members are online. That would be awesome & would make a great new addition to any team!

Ads
The ads are getting too long and crash the system once you pass a board so you lose the whole level. This is now getting ridiculous. I really enjoy the game playing for years now I play every day but now I’m getting fed up of the crashing and loading delays that I might just have to delete it. If I don’t see any changes soon that my enjoyment now is turning to bitterness soon thats my outcome.

I LOVE this game, no invasive ads, pure game play, great little events, access to past events, fun, challenging, and easy to get absorbed in. As an anxiety sufferer, I find this game is an amazing distraction. I currently sit a level 320, and I’m not bored, it’s amazing.

Where are the new levels??? It’s been well over 3 weeks, I have refreshed and still no new levels. This is nuts !

OZ SHOULD SUE YOU..PLUS Kelly Clarkson DID NOT LOSE WEIGHT WITH THE GELATIN TRICK. THE VIDEO WAS AI! Why don’t you check these things before you put them on your app?!?! This was my favorite..now NOT SO! I really like this game; and finally you have stopped using SCAM ADS FOR NICCO ROBOTIC This is all done in AI! Shame on this developer! TAKE DOWN ADS LIKE THIS. Somebody should report you for this. That’s why I only gave it one star.

Anfang gut, dann ermüdend
Bis Level 1000 ist alles gut. Man braucht nicht allzu viele Sterne, um die Hilfen zu absolvieren. Ab Level 1000 braucht man dann allerdings seeehr viele Sterne und - was ich deutlich nerviger finde - wird einem bei jedem Level vorgeschlagen, eine endlos lange Werbung für zusätzlichen Platz zu schaffen. Möchte man die Werbung nicht schauen, schafft man die Level oft erst nach dem 5. oder 6. Versuch. Das macht mir keinen Spaß und ich habe das Spiel gelöscht.

Nice game
Match 3 games are pleasant but I find them a bit boring/ unexciting. I don’t like how you prepare things for the girl but she stays miserable right up to the last bit of upgrade and then she gets happy. I feel there should be other animations mid progress.. like if you get her chair she can sit on or you fix an area and they move there and appreciate it or something :) generally nice but I don’t see myself hooking up to play long term. Thank you.
