I need to transfer my account from Android to iOS. I have been asking for a year how I can do it, and yours workers said there's no such feature. So when you will implement this feature?

I don’t want to write a bad review but this game doesn’t work for couple of days and still doesn’t open. I don’t know what is going on
Frustration
This is a good game fun and addictive however I am playing for Swagbucks and have deadlines to meet and the game just stopped working and will not open at all now

Money Grab Game
Tile Season had potential, but it honestly feels like a money grab. The levels get ridiculously difficult to the point where you’re basically forced to spend money just to keep progressing. No game should require you to drop close to $100 just to reach level 100—that’s not fun, that’s a setup. Challenges are fine, but when progress depends more on your wallet than your skill, it turns into a scam, not a game.

Fine game but some bugs
I’ve been trying to buy the ad free version, but it says oops there’s an issue and reloads the app every time I try to purchase. The option to purchase ad-free only comes occasionally, it would be nice to leave it permanently in the shop as it’s now gone again. Also would like upgrades to increase the daily tokens not just daily wands, thanks!

It’s really fun to play, but the second time I tried to click on the game it crashes and won’t let me open it at all I’ve even restarted my phone and nothing
It WAS good.
I loved the gameplay, it was rather entertaining and genuinely fun. But suddenly after a day of playing on Saturday it suddenly stopped working. Kept opening the app and it would load to 35 percent and then crash. I’m unsure if it’s the IOS update or my storage despite making space for it. I don’t want to have to stop playing the game due to it having become one of my favorites, but I can’t exactly keep it downloaded if it won’t even open.

Game not loading
I’ve been playing this game for almost a month and I loved it so much. I invested so much time into my glade, but two days ago the app stopped loading and started crashing every time I try to open it. I’ve updated my phone, and have deleted and reinstalled the app twice (which is not ideal because I’m using app tracking with Swagbucks to earn rewards) and even now it is still not loading past 35% and just crashes and closes. I have an iPhone 17 air with over 25% of my storage left, so I truly don’t know what the issue is at this point other than software issues on Apple’s and Tole Season’s end. I’m really sad because I love this game, but I am losing my ability to continue earning rewards and lost my streak because the app will not open anymore.

The update that came in today is not working on my iPhone. It keeps crashing and closing the app upon opening it.
Very frustrating
You have to watch a bunch of ads and then at then end of the ad there is no way to click out of it except to exit the app and then you lose your coins and the reward. Extremely frustrating

I enjoy this game, but I’m upset that it’s so hard to earn tokens to play. Once you get to the level I’m at, it takes A LOT of prestige to continue, but you still get so little tokens from the treasure box (and you can get 200 by watching 2 ads) but that’s all you get unless you’re lucky enough to earn them. — update: you now have to watch FIVE ads to get 250 tokens. So per your reply of “thanks for the feedback on ads” meant “we’re going to add more ads”. I just want to play the game and it feels like you watch more ads than play.
