You may be wondering, “ if the website is amazing and this whole review is overwhelming with compliments, then why did you give it 3 stars?” Well, that’s because there’s this one cute black jansport polka dot backpack that’s been out of stock for a long time. Please restock, I’ve been looking at that backpack for a month and it’s out of stock everywhere! The website is awesome and amazing, even when in store it’s wonderful. Love Tilly’s, HATE the website
I’ve been shopping Tilly’s online here since 2018, the website has always had constant issues, it’s always a very frustrating experience shopping online here. Even after the updates, the app still has issues like the pictures not loading, and issues logging in. The website has the same issues and plenty more. I really hope you guys can just get this resolved I can’t be the only one to consistently have issues on your website.

Cheap material
I got a watch from this place and it was so cheap and fragile. They sent me one that wasn’t even the color I purchased and on the app you can’t contact anyone to fix any of this
Awful App
was going to use app to get discount but it wouldn’t work, could only get error message: “Something went wrong when trying to create your account, try again later”
Glitchy
Every time I scroll and click on something it takes me back to the top.
Cart problems
In the bag where you can save things it does not let me remove items, I already purchased them in store and want to remove them but it won’t let me.
Fake Sales
Most of the sales are fake, they jack the price up, and then show something for sale just tell sell it back to you at the normal price. Corporate greed, eff these people.
App not working!
For about a week now the app won’t load a thing.
First order 10% off app is a lie
See title, literally every step of the way something broke - from create account to add to cart. This is the single worst app store I’ve used. I could literally make a better one in around a month. I’m Not even joking this is ineptitude at the highest level.
Review
Literally nothing worked. Downloaded after seeing the 10% off first order on the website. Searched for it for 30 min and no where to be found. Searching for merchandise only gave names and no photos of any items just blank. Went to order without the 10% off, and error occurred. Didnt let me order. The website worked fine

Never restock
I have been wanting these jeans for a really long time. I’ve continuously update this app hoping it will restock my size and hasn’t for months. Same with a lot of other clothes I’m interested in. Just is unfortunate and wish they would do better. If you have a store in person the quality of clothes are extremely good just pricey.

Store locator
This app needs work. Difficult to navigate, and use the store locator to find items at a location. They do not make it easy. Seems like they don’t encourage customers to shop. Foot traffic isn’t being considered. Please update.
34 dollars plus tax for plain ahirt????
I got a 50 dollar giftcard the area had a buy one get one 50 dollars off it coated 50 without taxes FOR 2 SHIRTA. THE APP CANT EVEN OPEN

I literally can’t get into the app. I just get stuck at the loading screen.
Impossible to Pay
It seems impossible to pay for anything on the app. Zero of the payments I’ve tried to make have gone through. It’s not like any of the information I put in is incorrect either. It’s all correct. The products look awesome but it’s impossible to access any of them.

i love tillys but when i try to see clothes for women, men, kids and home on tillys app it shows blank white screen on all i tried to fix it but nothing seem working
App not working
As I placed an order but I changed my mind on the order to return it I get logged out with an "execution error" and won't let me log back in to return nor will the website let me return the item
Sometimes it has trouble working
Tilly’s is a really good brand to shop from but recently I was going to add something to my cart and I went to add it and it says there’s an error and I did everything to fix it and it still doesn’t work, but other than that it’s a really good brand it just needs to not have difficulties.
Issues signing in with new update.
Not able to sign in after the new update. Keep getting “hatch error” code. Please fix!!!! Really love the app before this update.!
