Unused..?
Maybe no one uses this and that’s why they don’t fix the problems, but I have a feeling that no one uses it because there’s so many problems. I just bought a pair of boots and would love to easily access an app to track but I can’t even log in, after just creating the account, then when I finally do get in I can even change the language!! I seen a review from 3 years ago saying the same thing! They is and option to change the email language…. And even that does not work!! I hope this is fixed, again would love to easily access my information on an app, and if I like theses boots I will get more. Hopefully the app is better by then…. But I doubt it 😒

When I download the app, it’s instantly in Chinese so I can’t find a way (if there is one) to change it to English.
