Always Logs Out
This app is just not good. At least 50% of the time when I go to punch in or out I have to re-enter my credentials. I go into the app at the exact time I have to use it and it’s very inconvenient to have to log in half of the time. If go into the app and you are actually logged in, you have to wait for it to refresh before you log your punch or it won’t register. There’s no built in timer to remind you to punch so you have to remember to set your phone timer. I use this app because my employer requires me to. If it was my choice I would find something else. Almost any other time clock app would be better than this one.

PLEASE change this
Why can’t you edit time out? I can’t always clock out on time (we are very busy at my workplace, but when I try to clock out I can’t even edit the time I’m supposed to end correctly, giving me more minutes than I worked which in turn can get you in trouble. PLEASE fix the time out part, you need to be able to EDIT IT.

Description not clear
I downloaded it as a way to track how much time I spend on individual tasks during my workday. However it appears that this app is only designed to be an interface with time clock systems.

Request location service services always
iPhone prompted with the following; "mobileClock needs Location access for "some reason"!", it’s always asking for location service services to be turned on for this app even when not in use.

It’s good at times except for when it’s not
The app is good when it wants to work. I love to be able to clock in and out on my phone and not stand in line at the computer, but you could be clocking in the Location zone in the building and the app not work telling you that you’re out of the zone and just completely not work that has been happening a lot over the last four weeks

Limited functions
The last mobile clock in I used had a way to print time cards, this one does not. It logs me out constantly and if the app is left open I have to close and reopen it to make it work. Tried to click the app support button and it’s a broken page. See below

App won’t open
Just downloaded the app to use for employee clock in and it won’t even open
Super buggy
I use this to clock in and out of work and it consistently crashes or won’t connect. It’s so bad to the point where I end up clocking out late.
Cannot login for iPhone or Samsung s22
I’m not sure why every time I try to login I receive an error message that reads “ Server error. Unable to establish connection with server. Please check your entered information and network settings “

Location is broken
Nothing but frustration with the latest iOS update. I’ve never had a problem with location services, but since the most recent update the app sms to have no idea where I am even if I’m standing directly in front of the physical time clock. I’ve rebooted reinstalled, completely put in fresh credentials a dozen
Times over the past few weeks to no avail. The app asks for permission to access location ONCE when I delete and reinstall the app, but doesn’t retain the setting. If I go into privacy/location there is no setting for TCP at all. Hopefully this gets remedied quickly as this is very inconvenient for an employee who spends most of their day throughout the campus and seldom right next to a physical kiosk.

Works great and more efficient at work
Sometimes it doesn’t work and says I’m out of range but when it does work it comes in handy so that I’m not waiting next in line for a while
Randomly stops working
Work fine like 90% of the time but randomly stops working. So frustrating.

No Consideration for Accessibility
If you use any other larger font size than the default, the app suffers greatly in its usability in most areas and is downright unusable in some areas. I can’t even confirm an assignment without adjusting my entire phone’s font size.
