Won’t work on IPhone
It’s a great idea, but I find it doesn’t work on IPhone. Does not bring up all the answer possibilities on some question types, but if you select the one unlabelled box it does show, it is often the wrong answer and can’t move on because these questions require a response.

Good app but crashes and deletes forms
Good app really easy to use. But they updated recently and we keep losing forms that have already been filled by client. Plus bit fiddly now they changed location of date tab… bottom right corner. Clients struggle entering DOB.
Good, looking forward to an update
This app is great for consultations. You can go in an edit any template you've created or even use some templates they provide. Its helpful for people that don't know where to start. I am eagerly waiting for information we store to be more organized. For example, all of the forms Kate Walker filled out are under her name when I look her up. I’ve been using this app for over a year now and its kind of bothersome to have to scroll down and search for a completed form I’d like to view.

Promising, but falls short
You will need to be on the “Elevate” pricing plan to be able to use this app with any sort of effectiveness. Most users would appear to find this app quite useful because of its simplicity, but those of us who have had experience with technology systems will find this app falls very short.
This app produces a PDF document, which is then uploaded and attached to a clients record. However, it will not update your clients records; phone number, email address, etc. additionally, the consultation is only available in a PDF form, which if you are using a computer or another iPad needs to be downloaded first before you can review the information.

I would give it 5 stars
If I could share the consultations once done with another device as when I come o change it I will loose all my consultations that I have done which I cannot do as I need to keep them for 7 years. Please fix this it would be great

I just discovered this app and have so far been very impressed. I am actually thinking about integrating it in to my business.
The only issue I have ran into so far is that when forms are completed by clients, there is no option to select ALL the documents for exporting or emailing. You would have to select them one by one which is a lot more work. Hopefully this can be updated.

Fantastic app that does exactly what you want.
The missing link
Genius idea , for a new app it’s simple to use and I love how it syncs to the clients account via timely without having to add manually , I’m unsure however how to set the contact phone number when entered by client to the default sms number for automatic messaging. Other then that and some cosmetic stuff it’s brilliant

Hey there, I'm really sorry you're having problems syncing your forms between devices. Syncing is available to all Timely customers; just have your business owner login and select "share with business." You'll find that option in the settings cog when you're editing the form. Flexible and easy to use.
The new version is pretty great and very straightforward to use. Love being able to build any kind of form for client intake, update of client details, consent and so on — and removing the manual entry of data from paper forms. The details sync to the client record in Timely. Easy.

Being able to make your own forms is amazing. Modifying existing forms, amazing! Love it!
