This app is constantly glitching. When I need to clock in for work I DO NOT need an app that glitches as often at this does. Embarrassing.
Please Fix reset options
Doesn’t work properly nor does it give an option to reset your password or username so when it locks you out ur screwed!!!!! Please fix I can’t simply tap and go automatically in like I normally do because it’s reset and locked me out!!!
If your employer switches to this garbage, I’m sorry
This app feels like it was developed by a freshman in college for a class project and they got a C- on it

I’ve had this app for a while. It’s works, the time stamp can be off depending on time zone. Can’t be changed unfortunately.

Doesn’t use your web login info. Admin assigned login. After decades as a professional, I feel like I got a job at McDonalds.

I hate this app!
This app is garbage. It doesn’t capture my punches most of the time, it reloads on its own, and the Wi-Fi kicks me out of the app frequently. And it needs to have more features in the app also like more information on time off, easier ways to company messages, offline access, and more ways to edit my clock in/clock out times. I have a serious issue with this app in my current administration building where the Wi-Fi is trash and I have to clock in and out near the main office. And when the app kicks me out often, I have to log in again when I get home. And it takes so long to refresh at certain times of the day that no punch is captured. It’s frustrating and a pain in the neck sometimes. Fix it fast!

Clock in and out buttons
When the user clocks in disable the clock in button. When the user is clocked out disable the clock out button. Add a running clock so the user can see how long they have been clocked in. Simple changes that are common sense
Same issue as others.
Worked fine for a while then it logged me out one day and will not allow me back in. Zero recovery instructions. Just a dead useless app now.

Best Company Clock In app
To be honest, I would’ve give it a four out of five because it does glitch you out and log you out often if you run out of service, but besides that it has been hands-down the best app for clocking in on an hourly wage job this app is a simple tap clock in simple tap clock out it is very effective and while most of my employees are on timing timeouts on paper a few of us get to use this and it has been very helpful for getting the precise moment we leave especially if we’re staying later we’re coming in earlier. I’m gonna give it five stars, if you’re wondering what I do truck related work, definitely helps.

Love this app
My employer has us using this since Jan. It is so easy! I don’t have to track my time anymore! Just clock in & out from my phone! It’s always accurate and now I get my correct overtime too, because when I used to turn in a written timesheet I would always round like 7am- 4pm and now if I clock out at 4:10 I get paid for that! I love this app!!’

Not functional
I logged out, and couldn’t log back in. Didn’t recognize my password. There’s no way to reset your own password. I had to reach out to HR to get an entirely new password. The app keeps force quitting, and it “timing out”. I still can’t get in. I’ve deleted the app, re-downloaded the app, tried again, still nothing.

Horrible App
This app is horrible. It either:
1) Constantly lags and takes forever to clock in and out
2) Will for some reason remove time off your time card
3) Randomly log you out of the system. Thankfully I have been able to log back in when this happened, but why am I (and others) randomly being logged out?
I am hopeful my employer changes to another system and company that actually updates their app, has better features, and does not do any of the three things above.
