AVOID THIS APP! (Updated)
There are bugs that never seem to get changed. For example, “drafts” of invoices are pretty important to easily access, right? There is NO link to find them!! And it doesn’t appear, the app automatically saves your work anyway. If you go to another app to figure some costs and then return to this app to finish your invoice, for example, your work disappears!! You have to start over, which is frustrating if you spent 10 or 15 minutes writing an invoice. What a waste of time. The developers are responsive only through what appears to be AI generated chat… and nothing ultimately changes in the app.
I am looking to change apps, but once they have you, you’re kinda stuck. Very hard to transfer everything to a new and better app. BETTER TO AVOID!!

a lot of my info with the upgrade . totally unacceptable. i tried reaching out to their faqs and questions search bar . then i led me to the email . and basically they will not even respond . no contact number and no answers. and sorry or we apologize with out resolving issues is not acceptable. to the developer. this is A serious app! not A video game . please help your customers with their issues . have decency to improve communications to resolve the issue . basically handle the customer maintenance your already getting paid for it .

Subscription cost too high for occasional sole traders
I used to love this app when it was TINY INVOICE. It did exactly what I needed as a sole trader - professional invoices, saved customers, automatic invoice numbering, PDF export & emailing - all in a clean, easy to read format.
Unfortunately the new subscription model no longer caters for occasional users. I typically create from 0-5 invoices per month so $14.99/month ($179.88/year) for a single business is difficult to justify.
The app now seems focused on additional features such as Stripe & online payments, but many sole traders simply don’t need (and will never utilise) these features. I only need a a professional invoice creator, as the app originally was.
I would happily pay for a LITE subscription, but there isn’t an affordable option for users who only send a handful of invoices each month. It’s disappointing to have to look for another app after being a happy long-term user.

Cannot Open the App
After my subscription was renewed earlier this morning, I was not able to run the app at all. I can’t even get it to start up
No longer launches on iOS 18
Running on an iPhone SE 2020, iOS 18.7.8, and the app no longer launches. Downloaded a fresh copy from the App Store, and it just will not launch. Sad since I used to like this app for generating invoices.
to be clear, my phone had offloaded the app but preserved my previous data, and when I reinstalled it by tapping on it and having it pull it out of iCloud, the app would no longer launch. Tried restarting the phone and everything.

It was a great app
The app was great until this latest update. When you finished making your invoice you were able to email it. Now it makes a link for your people to download instead of sending a pdf. WHY?!
THE BEST APP
I’ve been using this app for about 10 years now and it has never let me down. You can access all your earnings and expenses in one app. I highly recommend it.

My app isn’t working
Awkward and Difficult
First off, there is no phone number to call in case you have issues. You have to send an email, and this user has not received response in 24 hours. Secondly, the app is clumsy to customize, and won’t allow you to add certain features such as copying an individual in the email. The invoice is being sent to. Further, the app has problems sending emails to clients, which requires follow up and checking sent emails to ensure they have been sent.

Tiny invoice app
I'm a small business and I find Tiny Invoice is so easy to use and appropriate for my business on the go sending quotes setting invoices. I've been using Tiny Invoice for over five years now and I know there's other invoicing systems out there but this is so easy and recordkeeping for months or years showing your reports fantastic. I will recommend tiny invoices to every trade. I speak to.
