Concept and idea is good but the hardware is not supporting the vision of the company. The salesmen at the Titan showroom did not take enough time or make efforts to educate me about the all the do’s and not to do. Disappointed because it’s Titan, I expect better code of conduct. My glasses have come today, I have spent 30k and I’m not happy with my purchase. Let’s see what Titan does about it. I hope it holds up its reputation and honors the customer satisfaction commitment. Don’t expect this from TATA the worst the most terrible the most useless glasses. The most useless and thugs at the Nariman Point Outlet

Not connecting to iPhone
I have purchased this costly eyewear 5 days back and it’s not getting connected to my iPhone 14 Plus. Installed and uninstalled the app number of times but to no use.
