Concept and idea is good but the hardware is not supporting the vision of the company. The salesmen at the Titan showroom did not take enough time or make efforts to educate me about the all the do’s and not to do. Disappointed because it’s Titan, I expect better code of conduct. My glasses have come today, I have spent 30k and I’m not happy with my purchase. Let’s see what Titan does about it. I hope it holds up its reputation and honors the customer satisfaction commitment. Don’t expect this from TATA the worst the most terrible the most useless glasses. The most useless and thugs at the Nariman Point Outlet

Not connecting to iPhone
I have purchased this costly eyewear 5 days back and it’s not getting connected to my iPhone 14 Plus. Installed and uninstalled the app number of times but to no use.

Never received OTP to pass the first screen. Only message is “Something went wrong”. Who on earth designed such a crap app?
Plz go to the showroom and ask them to help in pairing it.
It’s it a fantastic piece. Most of you would have found it tough to connect the device with the phone, plz go to your dealer and ask them for help, as it is a bit complicated to pair it initially. They will help. once it’s done, it’s smooth to use. I did that as I am using ios and struggled with the pairing as well.

Withdraw the product
I don’t know why you launch a product when you can’t deliver ? It is a clear dent on your reputation. Suggest refund 50% of the money as app is not working

Amazing
I just got my glasses and can’t believe how great they sound!😀 The ability to talk hands free and hear the world around me is a much better solution than ear buds. Can’t wait for the next project.

OTP not delivered to iPhone
Last 2 days I am trying to register with my 2 phone numbers (both Bangladesh and India numbers), but don’t receive any OTP. So not able to use newly bought EyeX. Pls fix.
