Total Frustration with Tithe.ly
This company will find ways to debit your bank accounts long after your account is closed with them. I have sent email after email to get them to stop illegally taking my from my accounts. They have even debited accounts that wasn’t registered as payment for them. It’s a very frustrating experience and so I do not recommend using this platform.

Easy!
The app is user friendly and has different options of giving; one time, weekly, monthly, etc.
I would suggest for an option to add notes/comments for donation within each church ministry.

Can’t even create an account
I tried to create a username and password three different ways.
1. The church organization hosting Tithe.ly portal.. the church website allowed me access to Tithe.ly but I was unable to create an account. Every time I clicked create account it just refreshed.
2. I went to Tithe.ly website to create account, with similar issues.
3. I downloaded the app, tried their and the site crashed three times before I could finish creating an account.
This app is horrible.

Tithe.ly makes giving easy
This makes giving easy and I don’t have to worry about carrying cash or a check. Plus I can do this when I think of it. Thank you!!
Doesn’t work
Account creation doesn’t work, when I say yes or no to Face ID the app crashes and can’t get it to work.
Convenient
App works as expected. There was a glitch in attempting to create an account via the app, so I did that part in a browser and came back to the app to login. From there, all worked well and it’s a convenient method for giving.

Create an Account Does Not Work
The app is stuck at a black screen that simply says “Thanks! Create your unlock pin.” However, there is no keyboard shown in which to type, no blank text box in which to click, or any other way in which the process could progress.
Practically useless
It is almost possible to make changes to my account. Can barely navigate the website. Trying to cancel, but that’s not working either. Yet money is still coming out of my bank account.
A Great Way to Give!
If you can’t make it to Church or would like to Give to a much needed cause, Tithe.ly lists what the Church needs. Food Pantry, Window Restoration, Christmas Store etc. This is Very Nice!

Can’t edit recurring gifts
I’m trying to delete an old tithe because I actually made a new one that is more than my old tithe. I can’t delete it. So buggy. I also wanted to change the new tithe and I also can’t change it. I don’t want to add a third recurring gift. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
