I can’t stand this app. I can’t pay for anything. I can’t even remove stuff from my cart. It freezes all the dam time .
BIG FAIL IN 17.1 UPDATE
The so called enhanced credit card management in update 17.1 eliminated the option to freeze and unfreeze the credit card! Unacceptable!
Cannot check out with the app
It allows you to see everything. It offers an added to the cart,but no matter how many times you try to check out it is a blank screen, and it will not let you check out.
Gift cards stolen off this app!
I had nearly $300 in gift cards downloaded onto this app last time I checked. Today, the app shows a zero balance for gift cards. Lucky for me I saved all the physical cards with the receipts showing the balances. I called customer care and they confirmed all the cards had zero balances and were used at random stores in Texas. I don’t live anywhere near Texas. The customer care rep escalated the case because this situation was a new one for her and her supervisor had never heard of this happening either. Not sure what will happen but I won’t be using this app anymore. Don’t use this app!

App no longer functions with the new login system
This is one of the worst updates I’ve ever seen. After a lot of unnecessary trouble, I finally got a new account set up on the browser for their new system, but neither my username or password works with the app. I really want it to work on the app and if it doesn’t, I may close my TJ Maxx account for good. Yes, I am that done with flawed technology.🤦🏼♀️

Doesn’t link rewards or card. Tried to resend email multiple times. Checked junk folder/ inbox, nothing. If you’re going to direct people to the app to use their rewards in store, make sure the app works.

Doesn’t work
Was working fine one day and then not at all. I get to the log in page on my app. Type in my credentials. Click submit and nothing. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I’ve tried changing password I’ve tried updating and nothing. No error message. Nothing. Ridiculous.

I signed in to my account to pay my bill. After I get to the billing tab it wants me
to sign in again???? When I sign in again WITH THE SAME USER ID AND PASSWORD that I just used to sign in in the first place, the app says user or password not recognized. This happened over and over again. I’m going to the store to pay my bill and cancel my card.

I hate the app, but love the store
I got this app to see what I could find on there, but when I opened it, it kept saying something went wrong. So I refreshed it, it kept saying the same thing. And yes, I have good internet and everything is fine, but the app isn’t. I bet this app would have potential if it actually worked.

Went shopping Saturday bought 2 bracelets from show case one with diamond look one with cross and diamond. Went to church Sunday cross bracelet broke on way home at the edge of the cross tried to return it today (Tuesday I know I didn’t have a receipt but they refused to exchange or refund it without my receipt it’s out of their hands I won’t b buying from tj max again their return policy not a good experience their loss

I love ordering online!
I have ordered items from the app a few times now, and I really enjoy the convenience of shopping at TJ MAXX from home. My online shopping experience has been positive, and I’ve been able to find an assortment of things that would have cost much more elsewhere. I love TJ MAXX!

I tried twice to link my card and like other reviews have said it absolutely doesn’t work; it just reloads and makes you try all over again!! 😡
Very convenient and easy to use now
I rarely leave reviews for apps, but now I feel compelled for this one. I shop here all the time so I have the card and this app (I have an iPhone 16e if that helps). The loading is a little slow to pull up the credit card information or to pay the bill. But otherwise it’s all in the app and for me it makes it very easy to manage. I don’t find anything difficult about using the app and can navigate it well. I’m not sure if there was a major update prior to this because it seems like everyone else had a hard time with this app. But I love the app, it’s so convenient and easy to use for me.

I can’t even sign in anymore. I tried to reset my password at least five times now. None of my new passwords are acceptable. Yet, all say they meet the requirements. I’ve even let my phone choose them several times. Why make it so difficult?!?

TJM Card with Synchrony Bank is my problem
Ongoing issues with errors in receiving statements, links with my bank disappeared, posting payments inaccurately, charging late fees and interest when it’s Synchrony’s error and TJM corporate won’t help.
I love shopping at TJM, Home Goods and Marshall’s but too big a hassle with Synchrony. awards are not worth my time to correct mistakes.
