I hate this app. Every time I try to get in I can’t. Call customer service. Got in and now I had to delete app 5 times. I’m tired of trying. Please fix the GD APP!!

App Needs Improvement
I love shopping at TJ Maxx and have been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, the app has stopped working properly. I’ve been using my TJ Maxx credit card through the app for about two years without any issues, but for the past month I haven’t been able to sign in or access the “Pay My Bill”
section to make my payment. This has been very frustrating. The app needs to be improved, and when technical issues occur, it should provide a customer service phone number so users can get help instead of being left without a way to resolve the problem.

Not a good app
Too hard logging in! I have to keep resetting my password and it still does not work! Not worth the hassle! Disappointed!
Credit card
Do not get tj maxx credit card! It’s not a rewards card like they say. It’s a credit card with high interest rates
Doesn’t recognize me
I’ve updated my new number with customer support and links and photos of my ID to access my rewards, after the 5th time my number changed but didn’t work out, they have to mail me my rewards with paper certificates. Sometimes it doesn’t even recognize my login to manage my credit card payments
Everyone just blames it the third party system, the problem is that it’s an awful third party system lol
If you get the credit card, I do NOT recommend trying to get your rewards or manage bills on the app or website, just have them mail the rewards to you & pay bills through the robot lady phone call.

This is the worst app I have ever used. I have issues constantly it’s this app. I have had to change my password so many times in the last year. Even if I have the correct one, it says it’s wrong. I have never been more frustrated in an app. If I didn’t pay my bills on line I would delete it all together.

It was suggested by a cashier that I download the app. She stated it would be helpful in pulling up my rewards quickly. This app is a**. I cannot login even after trying to reset my password time and time again.
Beware Gift Cards Stolen off app
Beware if you load your gift cards and kept your rewards certificates on this app, you will lose them. Mine have disappeared and no one can seem to tell me why. It is not worth it, just dont download the app.
My Bag Screen Is Blank - Frozen In Time?
I am only able to shop signed out as a guest because the screen goes blank when I click on my cart. I have to make note of what I’m going to buy then add all to my bag then checkout. TJMaxx are you moving backwards? You know what’s true? I have saved a lot since your app is glitching, ALOT! I should be thanking you not complaining!

Unable to sign in ever. Continue to reset password and not allowed in. J gave a lot if rewards and have no way to access them. When this card expires I will not renew. Worst app and card service ever. ☹️

I can’t stand this app. I can’t pay for anything. I can’t even remove stuff from my cart. It freezes all the dam time .
BIG FAIL IN 17.1 UPDATE
The so called enhanced credit card management in update 17.1 eliminated the option to freeze and unfreeze the credit card! Unacceptable!
Cannot check out with the app
It allows you to see everything. It offers an added to the cart,but no matter how many times you try to check out it is a blank screen, and it will not let you check out.
Gift cards stolen off this app!
I had nearly $300 in gift cards downloaded onto this app last time I checked. Today, the app shows a zero balance for gift cards. Lucky for me I saved all the physical cards with the receipts showing the balances. I called customer care and they confirmed all the cards had zero balances and were used at random stores in Texas. I don’t live anywhere near Texas. The customer care rep escalated the case because this situation was a new one for her and her supervisor had never heard of this happening either. Not sure what will happen but I won’t be using this app anymore. Don’t use this app!

App no longer functions with the new login system
This is one of the worst updates I’ve ever seen. After a lot of unnecessary trouble, I finally got a new account set up on the browser for their new system, but neither my username or password works with the app. I really want it to work on the app and if it doesn’t, I may close my TJ Maxx account for good. Yes, I am that done with flawed technology.🤦🏼♀️

Doesn’t link rewards or card. Tried to resend email multiple times. Checked junk folder/ inbox, nothing. If you’re going to direct people to the app to use their rewards in store, make sure the app works.

Doesn’t work
Was working fine one day and then not at all. I get to the log in page on my app. Type in my credentials. Click submit and nothing. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I’ve tried changing password I’ve tried updating and nothing. No error message. Nothing. Ridiculous.
