Tut was es soll

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Die App tut genau das, was sie soll. Vor dem letzten Update gab es bei mir zwar ein paar Fehlermeldungen, aber der TK Support war unglaublich schnell mit einer Antwort per E-Mail/Telefonkontakt – sowas erlebt man wirklich selten im iOS App-Support. Alle Probleme wurden schnell behoben und jetzt läuft alles super. Top!

Ohne Probleme

Die App macht was sie soll und das ohne Probleme. Vielleicht sollten einige mal ihre Bewertungen überprüfen und korrigieren (das können ja die wenigsten). Als kleiner Tipp: Meistens sitzt der Fehler bzw. das Problem VOR dem Bildschirm.

Trying to register throws error after error

I haven’t used the app in a while. Now I have set it up again, registering with my ID or health card.

Unfortunately every very single time after choosing a new PIN, it just keeps throwing random errors with different error codes. I can’t even start using the app.

How’s it possible that it fails already during setup? Please fix this!

Zugang erneuern klappt nicht

Ich versuche seit ein paar Wochen meinen Zugang zu erneuern, aber die App sagt immer wieder es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten bitte versuchen sie es erneut . Die App habe ich aktualisiert klappt aber trotzdem nicht, habe sonst nie Probleme, bei meinem Mann hat es auch geklappt, nur bei mir nicht und wenn ich den Support kontaktiere sagt der immer wir kennen das Problem.
