No longer works with iOS 16.4.1
App was barely cutting it before. Bare bones and struggled to function. The new iOS update seems to have renders it useless! I can’t login, I can’t even create a new account. USELESS. The scale still works fine for reading my weight but I can’t get any of the other stats.
Was great until it wiped my account
I was using the app for a year then my accounts was completely wiped. When I tried forgot password it says user not found. I tried several times to create a new account but it won’t let me.

The scale it’s awesome, nevertheless the app is trash, it does not save the profile and when you try to login, it doesn’t work.

Returning my scale due to USELESS app
This app literally only worked the first night I brought my scale home and that is it. Every time I tried to use it after it doesn’t even connect to the scale per “Network Request issues”. What’s the point of buying a body composition scale if you aren’t able to access the metrics??

App Never Work!
I bought this weight to be able to keep track pf my progress but the app never let us register what so ever. Never got an email neither a text message. Returning.
DENIED
Cannot create a profile. Been trying for an entire day. No matter how many times I try…no email received and no text received. CANNOT get past this part…👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The code was never received by email or sms, worthless.

You can’t remove profiles, error code come up and that’s it. I entered the wrong info originally and can’t update nothing nor can I remove the profile(s). Please fix this. Thank you!

I cant see my older scales on progress. I need to change unit settings everytime i open the app.
App Quit working
I experienced the same as many others. I bought the scale, downloaded the TKO software and all was good for about maybe 2 months. Now the software doesn’t connect with the scale. I don’t exist in the software and am unable to create a new profile. All my data is gone. Not too happy.

Was great for the three months that it worked one day the app completely shut down and now I can no longer get into my account so all I know it my weight which I don’t care about I have the app for my fat% if I wanted weight I wouldn’t have bought a smart scale
App just stopped working
I don’t get it. It was fine for months and then all of the sudden it just stopped working. Don’t see any updates, and it worked a week ago. All my data is gone, and I logged out but it won’t let me log back in or reset my password.

I agree with a previous review why can we not just Bluetooth to it. Why do you have to have an account, especially if in a couple months it is like you never had one.
