Apple devices are NOT supported on the Cartera t-mobilitat app!!!! You can download the app, and buy a ticket, but NOT validate it, use it, at the gates! There is no mention of this on the app. And there is no option for a refund.

Pretty useless

Unfortunately pretty useless. It can’t be used to buy tickets if you’re a foreigner / tourist so it has zero advantage over Google maps, which is more user friendly. The English translation also isn’t great.

Sign-up extremely complicated

To buy tickets, you need to go through an extremely complicated sign-up process. You need to create two separate accounts; for the second one they ask for a passport number, but only accept the Spanish format.

This app is a great example how simple thing which is ability purchase tickets in app can be complicated to the master level

Just bad

I’ve tried this app on android and had nothing but problems. Now on apple and just not working at all. Basically the app works or dosn’t word depending on how it feels. The tmb wallet links then stops working. The phone card appears then vanishes. I’ve been trying the app since day one and today I’ve given up. It needs to be scrapped and a new system used.

Man muss sich erst anmelden um ein Ticket zu kaufen und wenn man kein Catalán spricht ist es unmöglich. Für alles andere tuts auch Maps

Bug bug bug

Impossible de lier un compte à un support. Nouvelle version qui est censée corriger le problème et le problème est toujours là. Il n'y a pas de développeurs digne de ce sol à Barcelone ? Il faut vous mettre à niveau. Une application de transport aussi mal faite pour une ville comme Barcelone, c'est un scandale.

Disappointment

Wasted 5€ for a daily bicycle ticket, and now I can’t even cancel my subscription properly.

The app doesn’t really work to unlock bicycles (at least not in a straightforward manner even after you activate a subscription), cancelling a subscription is a tenuous process in the app, and everything’s in Catalan.

Non EU can't use the app

Only those with a DNI / NIE identification number can use the app. Very disappointing to find this out after downloading the app, registering for an account, creating a password, verifying my email, and all that. What a waste of my time.

You need a PhD to figure out how to change ticket types. And you still have to go to the machine since the app doesn’t work. Just brutal

App can use a major overhaul to make it more useful. Reload feature very finicky

Gute App

Das ist die perfekte App, um in BCN von A nach B zu kommen. Alle Abfahrts- und Umstiegszeiten stimmen perfekt. Da kann Google Maps nicht mithalten, da dort keine Busverbindung angezeigt werden. Keine Ahnung, warum Google darauf nicht zugreifen kann. Anmelden bei der App ist m. E. nicht notwendig, wenn man nur ein paar Tage hier ist.

Thank you for reporting your experience.. Unfortunately, some features, such as uploading tickets on your mobile device, are only available on specific operating systems. This option is supported on Android devices (version 7 or higher) equipped with NFC technology. It is also available on iPhones running iOS 17.4 or later.

Purchase cannot be uploaded to card

Very disappointing. Purchases are charged to credit card but cannot be uploaded to card because of “reading errors” and are then useless. Also, refund is not possible due to “connection issues”. Essentially, the app takes the money but does not give you the ticket.

Fails at scanning cards every single time

I want to be able to scan my tmobilitat anonymous cards (paper cards) and be able to recharge them. It fails every single time (ive tried with 5 different cards).
