TMC app
The app works well most of the time. One flaw is that they did not make a provision to delete the event buffer.
Doesnt open
To often the app doesn’t open and i have to reboot my device to get it to open. Very annoying.

Too slow to load sometimes and comes up with blank screen. Once up its pretty good by functionality.
Un happy
We keep receiving messages saying tamper on and off called followed instructions and less than jour later they have started again what is needed is a technician not the homeowner with no alarm repair experience. It is not fixed. It seems many nicknames are taken ive tried 5 all taken

Functions are limited and interface looks unsophisticated.
App is often not functional
Too often the app window doesn’t display anything and even rebooting doesn’t help making the app worthless. I usually have to wait a day for the app to work again. Is this what I’m paying for?
Stopped working
After the Telus merger this app completely stopped working. Tells me incorrect passcode every time I try to arm my system. Called Telus to help troubleshoot and they are useless. If you were a Monitoring Center customs don’t expect anything from Telus.
Too easy to get locked into demo
My mother has a decent comfort level with computers, but I have on several occasions had to get her out of the demo mode of the application. It should be possible to disable it completely or it should time out, so that users don’t spend weeks thinking they’re arming their own alarm when in fact they’re doing nothing. I raised this years ago and nothing has been done.

Crashes
This app never works ever since telus too over. It constantly crashes. Useless service. On top you have to pay to use it - cash grab !
Horrible
Regularly loses connectivity and login, won’t accept the password despite getting it right. Often hangs without connecting, leaving us stranded and unable to get into our home
Nice to have - Schedule Arm feature
It would be good to have a feature that can allow you to schedule arm your home- schedule night (on and off), schedule away (on and off) automatically

It always has message of invalid access code when I arm and disarm the alarms

App freezes and becomes non functional often
App freezes and becomes non functional often, all that appears is a white screen when you open it. This makes it difficult to use especially when not in the home
App offline all the time
Not sure how this app is so highly rated. Both me and my partner experienced offline app all the time. Sometimes arm from the app it does nothing. Call the customer service they told me just keep remove and install the app, guess that’s why they can do instead of working on the app itself
