I have had my account with Tennessee State Bank since 1987. I have had Great customer service for almost 40 years. I moved out of the area and I still bank with Tennessee State Bank even though there’s not a bank within an hours drive from where I’m at.

Update
My app tells me to update. I click to open and just keep repeating itself. It’s after hours I can’t call the office and the Number doesn’t give you and option to speak to anyone after hours.
Convenient while traveling
I am often on the road where I am paid before returning home. Having mobile depositing is extremely convenient.

Limitations
Very limited on what I need when traveling when compared to other banks hence this has ceased being a primary account due to my required travels.

I guess I won’t be using the app for a while since I have an iPhone 6s that won’t take IOS 16. I wonder if they considered the age of the users phone? Apparently not.

Works very well except…
Need to be able to have your credit card on the app as well that way you can do everything from the app

Really nice app for those who do not have enough time to drive to the bank. Also it’s available the same day after the bank closes.

This app is always either signing you out making you reset your password or what super annoying always constantly going to the bank to get my password figured out online banking shouldn’t be this complicated

Tennessee State bank is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I love their online banking. If I have an issue I can call and it is taken care of almost instantly. Also some of the most friendly employees I have ever felt with anywhere.
