Issue in Reset password Screen
Can’t able to see Mobile number while entering the mobile number first. if we are entering Email id first then mobile number option not going. need to fix this issue

App was so good to use and design was absolutely good. Now performance also improved like how Tamil nadu changing day by day.

App. to be enhanced to select the concession type. It is below beyond the screen and very difficult. However having app from the government itself is a great job.

The app is ok but it should be improved to have boarding points in different places for a same bus (as it happens in the case of private buses) and it takes longer time to respond. Hope to find changes
Good but small request
Everything is good but if we book for ladies pls block next seat for only ladies. Gents are booking so that is very uncomfortable for ladies so consider this request

Should improve the UI and sort out the problems there are many issues I’m facing while booking SETC tickets should work on it rest of them are ok but should work and UI and sort out other issues
Route map
Though the app is easy to use the only drawback is the route map of bus services are not available.

I regularly use this app for booking tickets, but I feel one important feature is missing. There is no option to view my booking history or track all my previous tickets in one place. Because of this, I sometimes end up re-booking tickets for the same date or forgetting to book for certain dates. If the app provides a feature to see all bookings in a single view, it would be very useful and convenient for passengers.

Previously I was using this app, It was very poor, Payment will be failed, I have faced lot of issues, then I uninstalled, now installed again, and now the app was very easy to use, and also not getting stuck anywhere., Kudos to the team and Tamilnadu Government
