Completely unreliable – cancelled my bus at 11:50 PM the night before with zero alternatives
Informing customers at nearly midnight is extremely irresponsible. Many people are already asleep by then and cannot see or act on the message until morning, by which time it is too late to make proper alternative arrangements. This kind of last-minute cancellation without any backup plan can completely ruin urgent travel plans, force people to miss flights, and create unnecessary stress and expense.
This is a pathetic level of service. Zing Bus has shown zero consideration for passengers who rely on them. I will never book with this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them if you have any important or time-sensitive travel.
