If you are like me who frequently has to travel between two cities than Zingbus can really irritate you. When they were starting out the service and price for travel was very reasonable but now they do have some tricks (zingcash) to give some discounts on a ride but the service quality has dropped. Last time they modified my booking without my consent even though the same time bus was available. I would still have to use their services because there are very few options available but if some other companies will arise then I will definitely switch.

Worst Experience
My sister was traveling with Zingbus, and the entire journey was completely mismanaged. Even the announcer seemed confused and said it was the first time they were hearing about the drop location, which clearly shows poor coordination.
Despite it being freezing cold winter weather, the bus AC was fully on. When my sister requested the heater, the staff responded very rudely and were unhelpful. Passenger comfort and basic courtesy were completely ignored.
To make matters worse, instead of completing the journey properly, they dropped my sister midway and sent her to the final destination by cab. This was highly unprofessional and unsafe.
Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience. Zingbus seriously needs to improve its staff behavior, communication, and passenger safety. I would strongly advise others to avoid traveling with Zingbus.

The Zingbus app makes booking bus tickets online quick, convenient, and hassle-free. From searching routes to selecting seats and completing payments, everything works smoothly. I especially liked the real-time seat availability and instant e-tickets – it saved me a lot of time.

This bus service provides an exceptional level of comfort, especially appreciated for longer journeys. The sleeping amenities are superb: the cushion bed, pillow, and blanket are all incredibly nice, making it easy to rest and relax throughout the trip.
I was very pleased to find modern conveniences like a charging point and a small tray integrated into the seating area, which is perfect for keeping drinks or phones within easy reach. The attention to passenger comfort is evident and appreciated.
To elevate this experience from excellent to perfect, I have two small, practical suggestions:
1. Bag Hook: It would be much better if the service could provide a hook to hang light bags (like small backpacks or handbags).
2. Glasses Hook: A simple, dedicated hook or holder for glasses/sunglasses near the bed would also be a fantastic addition to prevent them from being lost or damaged overnight.
These minor additions would greatly enhance organization and convenience, but overall, this is a premium travel experience that I would strongly recommend.

I recently traveled with ZingBus and it was truly one of the best bus experiences I’ve ever had. The bus was super comfortable — the seats literally felt like business class seats!
The staff was extremely professional and attentive. They kept calling me and taking follow-ups before departure, which gave a very reassuring experience. Even the rest stop was clean and hygienic. While I was finishing my food, the bus was about to leave, and I just looked toward the driver. To my surprise, he kindly said, “Khaa lo bhaiya, aaram se… 5–10 minute rukke chalte hain.”
I mean, I’ve never seen any bus operator deliver this level of service and care for passengers. Overall, ZingBus has set a new benchmark for road travel comfort and hospitality. Definitely choosing them again! 🚍✨

Pathetic management
I recently used the Zingbus app and my experience was far from satisfactory. Below are the key issues I encountered:
1. Lack of Communication Regarding Delays -
The bus was delayed by 1.3 hours, yet Zingbus failed to inform passengers in advance. While delays can happen, timely communication is essential for customer convenience and professionalism.
2. Ineffective Customer Support -
The support channels, including phone and chat, appear to be largely ineffective. Each time I reached out, I received a generic response stating that my query had been raised, with no real resolution. Even after a callback from their Delhi office, no actionable steps were taken.
3. Unreachable Bus Coordinator (Marshal) -
The bus coordinator, referred to as a “Marshal,” was unresponsive despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone.
4. Non-Functional SOS Feature -
The SOS button in the app does not work. Pressing it did not yield any response or assistance, and the button could not be used again once activated.
5. Inaccurate Tracking and Notifications -
The app does not provide real-time bus tracking. I received an automated message stating I had reached my destination at 10:30 AM, when in reality I arrived at 1:00 PM. This disconnect between actual and reported status is concerning.
6. Lack of Contingency Options -
In the event of a bus breakdown, Zingbus does not offer alternative arrangements, unlike other services such as KSRTC, which provide multiple options for emergencies.
I have documented all my interactions and have screenshots of the support chats for reference.

I booked the bus service for the First time for Chandigarh to Amritsar. It was really easy and affordable to book the ticket online. I booked the service for my mother, As my mother is patient and I was really worried about her travel. So I firstly booked the ticket and got a call back from zing bus and I asked them to take care of my Mother during journey as it's late night. So they were really nice and assured me not to worry about it. As my Mother was travelling alone and they helped her from pickup, and she called me and confirmed that she is fine and got her seat. So it was 3 hr journey. Just the drop off timing was bit late, understand. As | was waiting for her at Chandigarh. Once I saw I was really Happy and she told me it's really good experience with Zing bus and staff and she told me that she will travel every month to Golden Temple with zing Bus only . Thanks
