Horrible App
Ticket booking not working properly, you try to book place a to place c and app booked ticket from place a to place b, which causes penalty and embarrassment.
Even complaint module not working as well, how authorities passed such mess app in public. Very disappointing

Useless
Useless for foreign visitors/tourists in Delhi who don’t have an Indian phone number. Not very tourist-friendly!
My ticket wasn't booked, but the money was deducted, and I haven't received a refund.
My ticket wasn't booked, but the money was deducted, and I haven't received a refund. 10 days have passed, and I haven't received any help. There's no option to file a complaint anywhere, and the bus conductor isn't helping either. Using this app is just a waste of money. If your ticket isn't booked, you won't get a refund, and nobody will listen to your complaint!

Poor performance
Poor performance. Not upgrading version of app in my phone and i’m not able to select my correct gender becoz it’s bot shown and after complaining there is no solution to my problem even they are not even considered my problem yet.

As horrible as it could be. No one seems to have given a thought while designing the App. Only for government advertisement seems it has been launched. Uninstalling within 24 hours.
