Two words: “return tickets”
There should be an option to book the return ticket for the last booked ticket.

Happy to see that Kolkata Metro is updating the app on regular intervals. They are adding more and more features. The app is very smooth and glitch free. Please continue the good work.
Feedback
The application works only with an active internet connection. In areas like Sector 5, where multiple network jammers are installed, the app doesn’t even open to display my tickets. I suggest adding features similar to RailOne that allow users to access tickets offline.
Showing Error!!
Not working properly. Showing “error!” while ticket booking and also while logging in. Please fix the issue.
User experience of booking ticket is not good
Needs a search bar in source and destination selection page so that user can easily search metro station. Also provide a payment gateway rather SBI Online where user can easily open UPI app.
