The application works only with an active internet connection. In areas like Sector 5, where multiple network jammers are installed, the app doesn’t even open to display my tickets. I suggest adding features similar to RailOne that allow users to access tickets offline.
Showing Error!!
Not working properly. Showing “error!” while ticket booking and also while logging in. Please fix the issue.
User experience of booking ticket is not good
Needs a search bar in source and destination selection page so that user can easily search metro station. Also provide a payment gateway rather SBI Online where user can easily open UPI app.
Scopes to improve
App is very useful and has great potential for future development. 1. Failed transactions should also be shown under transactions tab. 2. Validity of card should be shown at all times. Also recharge validity has to be mentioned while recharging. 3. Fonts should be leaner, bigger app interface has to be elegant.
